I've just found out that 'Records for small children' is to be played tonight on both Tom Robinson's BBC 6 Music Introducing and show, and BBC Bristol Introducing with Richard Pitt and Gary Smith.

Thanks to all the lovely DJs who have been giving my stuff an airing recently, you are all groovy!

A big thank you (again) to Lee from Diversity for including my track Eskkkape in his latest MUSICBOX show on Diversity FM this week. The show is always a crackin' mix of style featuring dirty beats, poppy electro and even some gee-tars. There's also a featured mix from Alexblip. Good work sir!

I decided that my ambition for this year was to get played on Radio 1 at some point. Well, 1 week in to 2009 and I surprised myself by achieving that ambition. Huw Stephens played a chunk of my track 'Records for small children' on his BBC Introducing show last night and called it a "Nice bit of electronica. Really good." - Huw Stepehens, BBC Radio 1

You can hear the clip on my profile page. I am very pleased.Next step, get a whole track played! : )

Hey everybody/anybody,

I just wanted you all to know that I'm sorry I've not been in touvh for a few weeks. I was going on as normal and then a big balloon full of busy dropped on my head. I've cleaned it all off now and I'm ready to get back to being 'Eskimatic'. Peace!

Word up! So I finally got my EP finished, thanks to everyone who has already had a listen. : )
Thanks also to Sam Cooke for the vocals on the title track. Even if he didn't know I was recording him at the time - sorry big fella! And incase anyone was wondering, the vocals on status update are an old recording of my dad and sister from about 18 years ago.
The whole thing can be grabbed as a tidy package from the dedpop netlabel where there are also some other cracking tunes available by other artists. And it's all free baby!

Oh yeah, one last thing, I've just uploaded episode 12 of the Jammy Toast podcast so check that out as well at jammytoast.co.uk. Ta.

Hello friends,

Some lovely people have been lovely and played my tunes on some podcasts. Firstly, thanks to Snowy over at electronicast.org for playing Melted Rose in Episode 2.

Secondly, thank you to someone called Pete (good name that - if my name wasn't Sean Eskimo I would like to be called Pete) for playing Eskimo Theme on his bleepshow.com podcast. You groovy guy!

Both shows are full of special musics by "awesome dudes". Fact.

'Ello! Just a quick note to say that my track 'Control' is reviewed in the latest issue (113) of Computer Music magazine, which is out now.

They call it a "Juxtaposition of warm, slow, expansive musical melodies and agitated beats". Which I think is fair.

The track is included on the cover mounted DVD, or is available from Sean Eskimo if you prefer.

Hello my beautiful friends!

I have been asked to create a track for an upcoming compilation. It is for AQA 63336 (Any Question Answered), the company that knows, like, everything. The concept is that every track on the album will be named after one of the best questions that has been texted to 63336. Find out more details of this lovely project on their website at 63336.com

My track will be called 'Who is my soul mate?'
