First off, we have uploaded a new song - Wood/Lead is now up on the player!

We have also named our upcoming album - Hell Broke Loose

Recording is going great. We're more than half way done in the mixing process. It's sounding fantastic. The track list is still up for debate, but it's looking to be around eleven or twelve songs. We cannot wait to show you guys.

Now, the big news. We are changing our name. Here's why.

The name "Frankie and His Fingers" was hastily chosen back in the day when Frank and Sammi were just a two piece. It was lifted from the name of Frank's old solo acoustic act, and plans were made to change it.  Unfortunately, they never got around to making the change, and eventually just kind of forgot about it.

Now we're in a new era.  An exciting era.  We feel that we're a totally different band.   We feel that we've moved past it all, and we want our name to represent what we are now - not what Frank was six years ago.  I think I can put the main reasons for the change in two simple bullet points:

- The new name will no longer pin anyone as the "band leader." We're all in this together, we all write together, and we all make decisions together.  Removing Frank's name from the band name is a symbolic gesture of this notion.

- The new name will no longer makes us seem like some juvenile punk or ska band.  Thank god!

We honestly think that a lot of people avoid us or won't check us out or come see us because they believe that our name is stupid, or that it makes us immediately seem like something that we're not. Hopefully, the new name won't do that.

Ultimately, the name change is symbolic of our strength as a unit and our desire to keep moving forward, continuously evolving.

We value all of our fans deeply, and we hope that you'll all support us and stick with us during our time of transition.  We promise that you won't be disappointed!

We value your opinions, so please, help us out! We'll take any suggestions you got. And just know we're gonna be the same rockin' band we've always been, just better and stronger.
