Have just added few more photos to my Gallery Site. Not all that great or worthy of a blog entry, but I haven't updated it for a while so why not! I would be out taking pics of the snow, but as always we didn't really get any in York, we just get ice. Deffo using the pushknacker to get into work tonight and not the scooter. Should still be able to fall off and cripple myself, however at a lower speed so I shouldn't hurt myself!

York Racecourse first thing in the morning. Sky looked much better than this in real life, just my crapness with the camera that made it look like that!

Updated my gallery a few days ago, sorted out all the old pics and I have added a section for other non bike/scooter related photos. Not got much in there yet, but I plan on taking more pics this year now I have some decent lenses.
The most recent picture is one of the York Minster taken just before xmas when it was really foggy. Photo is an HDR pic done using photomatix pro and the converted to B&W using Nikon Capture NX. Much as I normally don't like black and white photo's, I think this one worked as even before I converted it there was almost no colour in the picture anyway!

Thanks to cykey (aka pete carr) for his HDR Guide

Just made up some vodka with skittles in it at the recomendation of a friend. Found the following link with some instructions.

http://blogs.warwick.ac.uk/msbrackenridge/entry/the_something_random/

Not taken that long at all, taken 2 days for the Skittles to disolve and it needed filtering twice to get all the shite out of it! Looks like red aftershocks and tastes similar too. Will try drinking more than a swig of it on a night when I don't have to go to work!

Got back from my Hols to Belgium on Monday night and I'm still feeling and looking a bit sunburnt! Top weekend. 718 miles covered on the scooter without it melting or blowing up.  Been drinking loads of Hoegarden and making loads of new friends. Top weekend. Current mood:  dorky
Spent the afternoon battling with the crap Nokia Software that came with my new phone. In the end its easier to just copy the files stright onto the phones hard drive than to use the transfer music option. Job Jobbed.

Also updated the blog for the first time since I signed up, still think that blogging is a form of schizophrenia though. As I don't have enough people looking at my profile to make it otherwise!

.....and maybe the last? Well it will be if I'm to lazy to ever update it! Just sat at home at the mo listening to Anni Nightingale via listen again on R1. Always at work while its on so I always miss it. In fact it was hearing about myspace on Anni's show that made me visit myspace as until then I had written it off as a site full of emo kids (well thats what I heard)! Prove me wrong normal people!
