i like surveys.

Name?	madeline, but ick. i like maddie better.
Birthday?	i dunno, but i was adopted on jan 28 2004.
Nickname?	mad dog, maddie moose
How did your people find you?	dad saw me on my first day at the jail and i whispered to him that he had to break me outta there cause everyone else was crazy.
How did your people choose your name?	i had nasty dreadlocks (including a stick in my tail) when they picked me up, so matted little dog became maddie.
Who do you live with?	ross and jenn
Favorite Toy?	toys are for babies, but kleenex is fun.
Your hair cut/style?	kinda long and shaggy puppy cut
Wear a top knot?	hell no, but my groomers always do pigtails with bows. gross!
Birth parents names?	i dunno
Siblings names?	i dunno that either
Boyfriend/Girlfriend?	nah, i'm not into that, but charlie keeps trying to kiss on me. ick.
Kids? (how many)	hell no
Best friend?	ross, my person. as far as dawgs, i like hannah mostly.
Favorite place to walk?	depends on my mood. sometimes i like walnut park, sometimes wickersham. sometimes i like to just check out the neighborhood.
Favorite vacation spot?	gramma's house
Favorite day trip?	driving the back roads to jenn's work
What kind of food do you eat?	wysong anergen lamb and rice dry, mixed with merrick mediterranean banquet canned, plus a spoonful of pumpkin.
What would you LIKE to eat?	whatever ross and jenn are eating. tomatoes. cheeeese!
Weight?	just fine, thank you
Are you good at getting groomed?	groomer always says i'm good, but i don't like it one bit.
Do people ever step on you?	ugh, yes, quite a few times. it's like, hello? i'm not invisible here.
Where do you sleep?	everywhere i can, i got beds in the office and the bedroom, plus the couch, but at night i get to sleep on the big bed.
Potty trained?	of course. sheesh.
Favorite game to play?	wrestling with ross. chasing birds and cats.
Do you do any tricks?	i can do beg real well.
Do you wear clothes/jewelry?	nah, i'm too punk rock for all that. but when it rains, i do have a hoodie that's kinda stylin.
Have you gone to school?	nope. i'm too cool for school.
