Impulse FX Production presents…“Feather Babes, Inc.”

A NON-UNION CASTING CALL

“Feather Babes, Inc.” is a short action/spy/comedy produced by Dan Lantz, creator of “Ninja Babes From Space” and writer Phil Simmons, with a rating of PG-13.  Ladies auditioning must be prepared for athletic fighting sequences, usage of weapons, cartoon violence, being tied up in comedic damsel-in-distress scenarios, innuendo, implied drinking and some adult language. 

The story centers around evil femme fatale Diva DeSade, looking to take over the world with her chemically-enhanced superwomen, The Dames of Doom.  Diva uses a special formula to make her soldiers super strong and almost invulnerable, but her formula has a flaw.  To correct her formula’s flaw, she seeks to kidnap Dr. Koo Chang, who (accidentally) created a formula that makes people more ticklish.  Dr. Chang’s formula holds the key to making Diva’s army unstoppable!

Casting for:
Dr. Koo Chang: FEMALE, 20s to 30s. Asian. Dr. Chang is a scientist by day and butt-kicking secret agent by night.  She heads up a special counter-espionage team with a secret weapon … a formula that makes people more ticklish!

Heidi: FEMALE, 20’s. Caucasian. Heidi is the muscle of Dr. Chang’s team. She’s a super-tough, genetically-enhanced enforcer.
Diva DeSade: FEMALE, 20’s to 30’s. Caucasian. Diva is the femme fatale villain.  She has created a drug that makes her army of superwomen almost invincible, but she needs Dr. Chang’s formula to make it complete.  She is aristocratic, condescending and evil.

Bella Blackfeather: FEMALE, 20’s. Hispanic or Caucasian. Bella is the leader of the Dames of Doom, Diva DeSade’s army of superwomen.  Bella is a rough-and-tumble bully.

Nova Morales: FEMALE, 20’s. Hispanic. Nova is an amoral reporter for a tabloid called “The Daily Cackle”.  She stumbles upon Diva’s attempts to kidnap Dr. Chang and spies on both sides to get her story.
