Go back to the Slothco main page and scroll down a bit to witness the awesome power that is Crawl: The Movie. Prepare to have your life changed forever...

Chatterbox will likely be the most challenging show Slothco has ever done (or at least that I've ever done). It's a one-man improvised variety show featuring zany characters, international acts, beloved celebrities, and "death-defying" stunts. This is shaping up to be a high energy, laugh-filled event. As opposed, of course, to the alternative being a mundane, nausea-inducing coma simulator.

Boy, am I ever exhausted! It took forever to think up the subject title. And then I actually had to type it. Thank god I only remember update the site every few weeks or else I'd have a raging case of carpal tunnel syndrome by now.

Thanks to everyone who came out to support us and "The McGrawsky Files"! The crowds for each show were awesome and the shows were a blast! Special thanks go out to Chris, our venue tech, for keeping up with our mile-a-minute improv shows and being very pleasant to work with.

For now, the only thing left to do, is to take a few days to just relax and let life get back to normal. Fringe is always a wonderfully busy and exciting week, but it's also very draining once the week-long adrenaline rush wears off.

One more round of applause for this year's cast: Chris Dinger, Charles Frierman, Francisco Laboy, and Darren Vierday.

Can't wait for Fringe 2007!

Incidentally, Charles and I (Francisco), along with fellow performer Richard Paul, will be performing several improv shows for kids this summer at various Central Florida libraries as "The Grimey Brothers". We look forward to these shows every year and the kids always make great audience members. One of the shows we did last year was for over 400 people (kids and adults), so hopefully that venue will generate the same kind of massive crowd again this year.

What the hell is a "blog"?

Chief

Monday, May 15, 2006

Listen up, McGrawsky. If you think I'm just going to allow you to blog your way out of the consequences that you deserve to suffer as a result of your irresponsible police tactics, you'd better think again. I am sick and tired of getting hounded by the press and the citizens of this town because you have a constant disregard for proper law enforcement procedure. You and that idiot Chief are history! Unless, of course, the two of you can somehow manage to justify your actions. I'll see you in my office. You're a marked man, McGrawsky.

SLOTHCO RETURNS to ORLANDO FRINGE FESTIVAL

After taking a year off from the Fringe, Slothco Productions (Sloth; Colonel Pepper; Have it Your Way) is back with an all-new, improv comedy laugh-fest, McGrawsky Files: The Case of the 3-Man Cop Show.

Dan McGrawsky is a hardened detective who will do anything to anyone  to solve a crime. The Chief of Police is a clueless authority figure who adds a heightened sense of unpredictability to every mission. The Mayor wants nothing more than to put an end to McGrawskys absurd investigation tactics and Chiefs reign of incompetence. Together, all 3 characters will amuse and delight audiences as they revist McGrawskys most memorable cases!

Featuring three madcap performers playing multiple roles, each different episode will continue Slothco's tradition of bringing improvisational insanity to the Orlando Fringe Festival.

The McGrawsky Files stars Central Florida improv veterans Francisco Laboy, Charles Frierman, and Chris Dinger and featuring guest appearances by Darren Vierday; you haven't lived until you've seen a 3-Man show performed by 4 players!
