Check out this interview with Omaha indie rockers, Little Brazil!

http://omahacityweekly.com/article.php?id=4710

Or, if you just wanna' read the highlights reel...

"Out of all the touring, what are some moments that stand out?

Greg: One of the funniest things, we were playing with Cursive, and Dan got the crowd yelling "Penis Pump and Wiener Winder."

...

Danny: I split them down the middle. Left side "Penis Pump," right side "Wiener Winder," I can't take credit for that. That was compliments of Waldo. They started doing it between every song after that."

But that's not as interesting as this:

"What is the worst album ever written?

Oliver: Wilderness Pangs. We played their CD release show in Baton Rouge. They were so bad. I think they were drunk and tripping. It was terrible; we threw their album out the van on the highway."

Check out the new song we’ve posted.
It’s a cover of a John Lee Hooker song, which just happens to be about our dear home-state.
Stay tuned for more new stuff... whooooo!!!

Jeremy & Randy spent 3 days in Austin to work on new music with Brandon at his home recording studio. They finished 3 tracks, and have 2 close to completion.
The plan is to release 2 of the tracks on a 7" sometime before the end of 2008.
Check in soon, as at least one of the new tracks should be posted here in the coming days.

Despite technical difficulties (the bands before us went way over, leaving us little to no time to sound-check, we had no cymbals, a delay pedal was acting up and cutting out, a guitar went horribly out of tune and since we had so little time to play, a tuning break wasn't much of an option), we rocked CMJ.
Thanks to our friends who came out, and more thanks to those who bought CDs!
Sticking to the rule of "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all," we'll just say that the first band on the bill had potential, and Matt Gangi (who played after us) was really great.
We had a blast in the city, and Guy Anglade is the sweetest, most hospitable, most warm-hearted man alive.
If you didn't catch us at CMJ, we'll (hopefully) see you at SXSW '08!
