Johnny Video

Beautiful man with vision and style.
You shared your images of the world
and made it more meaningful and exciting.
Sensitive, perceptive, even telepathic
You never had to talk to relate
Smiling, laughing, dancing
like a charmed snake
Joking
Watching
Listening
Thinking
Nailing the punch-line

We made up our own dance
You and I
Like we were writing a story
To a beat we wanted to ride forever
I will keep writing it, brother
I will keep dancing with you
In my smile
After I cry for awhile

You left too soon

This song is inspired by a incident my dad had at his home, when his television started changing itself. After awhile he discovered that his neighbor had the same remote control as him. I thought that was funny and profound. I went home and ripped the free cable out of the back of my tv in such a way that I can now only watch videos. Which has improved my life and given me time to work on this new ditty. The voicemessage that opens and partially closes the song is some ill communication between my sister and I that shows the hillarity of modern times for lethargic, machine-laden people.

Hope you enjoy the steel drum solo!

Here are four new Freddieboom ditties. The song 'Music' was a tune I have had around forever, but it was too damn pretty for me to sing on. I met a little french girl called, Aurelie, who sang her own lyrics on top of the track, before leaving Florida for LA. I think she did a great job! 'Evil Mermaid' is about the mermaids that come out of the sea to fuck with sailors who are easy bait. This was told to me by a man named Wolfgang over beers at the treasure trove. 'A Day At The Zoo' was inspired by a day at the Miami Zoo with my ex-girlfriend, one of our last activities together and very fitting for the state of both of our souls = animals in cages. 'Belum' is Thai for the affirmative, like 'yes', but translates as 'not yet'. Hopeful, yes? This is what happens when you mix a handsonic with an ebo! I hope you enjoy these new one's. Please give me feedback...I am starting to feel like nobody cares, or even pretends to. Please pretend if you don't care!
