Hi, Everyone should know about....Dahlia, she is a very special dog. She has survived a brutal past. Although she has gone through a traumatizing past she is the sweetest ever. I had the pleasure to meet her yesterday. I came in and I believe she was sleeping. She still woke up and was happy as can be. When you see her all that you here about her seems distant. She has the most beautiful face and she is as lovey dovey as you could imagine. She does love her walks. When I walked her around the shop she went to the door straight away. She deserves to have her surgeries and my wish for her would be that the remainder of her life be fit for a queen. Mary K is now caring for her and there is no one better. Mary K does all she can for Dahlia. Dahlias expenses and veterinarian fees and surgeries are where she needs our help. If your in Los Angeles, Saturday at 'Drinks for Dahlia' you can here more about her story. You can also walk into the store and visit Dahlia at: 14554 Ventura Blvd. Sherman Oaks, CA 91403 (866) 883-5327 Today I am in Minneapolis for the Twilight Convention. On Saturday, I will be auctioning off a Silver, Swarovski Crystal and Freshwater Pearl rosary for Dahlia at the Twilight Convention. Hope to see you there.

I am finished filming New Moon. It was great to see everyone again!
Chris Weitz was great! I can't believe that I have been so fortunate to have worked with such talented people in such a short time. Stephenie, Catherine, Chris and more. I am so grateful! This time around I felt more comfortable letting the team know that when I was dressed as Angela,  I and Angela would prefer to be dressed animal cruelty free and they obliged. They were awesome! I'm so thankful that they went out of there way to find items that did not have animal products in them. It was touching.
Today I did a shoot for PETA to help provent the slaughter/murder of seals. Wearing fur is NOT sexy or cool. Taking a stance and being your own person is the coolest/sexiest thing you can do. I think fur belongs on the animal, your pet.  Take notice. Take part. Don't allow the slaughter.
I love you all,
love the seals,
Christian Serratos

Happy New Year! I hope your holidays were filled and full of happiness. The New Year is here and my goals are BIG! They are all about helping our furry friends. I feel so happy to be around my dogs and I wish and hope to see many dogs with homes this year! Volunteering for any needs that any animal needs this year is the best New Years goal I have ever made!

Before I go on, THANK YOU for all the holiday wishes and B-Day wishes! Yes, my birthday is in September but somewhere I was told on my site it says otherwise. Somewhere that I can't get to. Still I appreciate all the great wishes. So back to the New Year. I tried to take some pics with my dogs recently because I haven't and they're growing so fast. They were all over the place. I feel passionately about letting them be themselves. Not forcing them to be still or put them in funny (not to them) positions for the sake of the photo. We see this often lately more and more with the internet. Photos at the sake  of the animals for laughs or ooohs and awws. But think about how many cats and dogs cannot get out of the jars or suffer for the photo. I felt my pupps were getting bigger and wanted a keepsake. Although they were all over the place I think the photos (candids) were all the more special. We should be able to view the cuteness of the animals around us but not at the sake of the animals. I know we all want to adopt our pet from the shelter. I'm on that list too. Yes, I would love another dog. We have to remember each day that goes by and we wait is another day our pet is in that shelter. I'm at my pet limit until I move so when allowed the same day I will get my dog from the shelter. It's a big resposibility and they are lovely. Remember they can be in much need of our attention and us of theirs. My family and I recently looked at the baby photos of our pupps. My mom took their first poop pics and second and third. Cute! They are our family. And what a big family we have!

For information on how you can adopt a pet check this link. You can also view the pet of the moth. http://www.basv.org/ or you can call or visit your local shelter.

Again thanks so much for everyones support in 2008. I had a blast! Twilight was so special and getting to meet everyone from the myspace friends who send me comments to the cast and crew has been unbelievably fantastic. I'm open to see what's to come in 2009.

Lots of love to you all,

***Christian***

First, let me start by saying a big fat "Thank you" to everyone who watched and loved it. I had seen Twilight twice before but I really wanted to get the feel of the audience. To hear and see all the excitement. So a friend and I went to see Twilight at midnight. Since we planned to trail in after everyone of course the Theatre room filled quickly and we were directed to another room. So glad I saw it this way. Loved every minute of it screams and all!

Hi everyone,

It's so great to be back home! Yet I do miss being in Oregon. What a change in the weather. It's crazy hot here in LA. So far off from the weather in Oregon. It was gorgeous out there. Some of the locations were fairy tale like.  Catherine, production and everyone involved was amazing.  Filming was great!

First, thanks for all your great messages and letters. It really does mean a lot. I still had a bit to do on my days off. I had my two pupps Gorilla and Uffie with me. Those of you with dogs know they are another job altogether. Then I had some study work. So I'm just now getting to go thoroughly through my inbox.

I'm still running through photos from Oregon. I'll try and post more soon.

Lots of love,

***Christian***

Hey there guys! I'm off to Oregon to play 'Angela' in "Twilight". I'm so excited! After being cast in "Twilight" I read all three books and now I too am a huge Stephenie Meyer fan. Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse are my favorite books and now I'm off to be apart of the movie. I have been listening and reading up on all the 'Twilight' sites: twilighters.org, twilightlexicon and IMDb. I love all the posters and manips made by  the Twilight fans. They are so cool. Everyone is so talented.

Well this is going to be my first time in Oregon and I'm looking forward to visiting all of the sites.

Too much love at you,

***Christian***
