Many hours rehearsing, writing, the pub, playing live in London's finest establishments, rehearsing a bit more....and obviously recording, often on odd sundays playing the songs pretty much live. Hello All!

We'll we've been a bit subdued recently I know.

The Breakfasts have taken a few knocks - we had quiet a few really great things lined up, and it seems almost as if there is something out to stop us!! Mainly that bloody american writers strike!!!

We've dusted ourselves off and have started working on new material - we've spent a long time writing a perfecting our songs, we really love them and it seems alot of you do to! (which always makes us happy)... we've definitely got our "pop' hats whilst working on these new songs but they are without doubt something new: not your traditional breakfast in bed....

Evening everyone!

How goes it this evening....gotta love sunday evenings.

We've been a little queit the last week, but trust me we've been working hard as ever. I spent this morning writing a new track i've been working on...as yet untitled, I think its our poppiest track yet. Just pretty much chilled out today.....feeling prrretty relaxed.

Watched American Gangster....I probably hyped it up to much to myself, but it was actually pretty bloody good.

Oh yeah, Chinawhite was boss. Quality night, thanks to everyone that came down and drank very expensive drinks... and hung out with us. (Check out our pictures for some photos from the night). We got surprised with a £500 prize from a new music website called Go busker that awarded us with some wedge to help us along!! So that was pretty bloody good....check it out!

Yeah, weve got alot of stuff going on for 2008....but we've been told to keep our lips sealed right now but trust me, as soon as we can let the cat out the bag we will spill all the details!

CHINAWHITES 12TH NOV + RECORDING WITH J2K IN BRIXTON
