We cater to the artists around the world who have elevated standards of professionalism and fidelity.

We are a single private facility and offer our clients complete privacy and the undivided attention of our staff during your production.

Seventh Wave is not open to the public, meaning we talk first to see if you are a good match for our services.  Please contact Somers Compton for production inquiries.

Most of our gear is hand-made in the United States by a short list of designers.   Our two equipment consultants have worked with us to find the perfect match for our work flow and desired results.

Our amenities include such things as wine, bottled water, beer, champagne, fruit juices, energy drinks, gourmet coffees and teas, espresso and cappuccino.   We offer such things as fresh fruit, smoothies and martinis.

This is also our only interest in the music business, and our full-time jobs.  We do not play in bands or try to sell you consulting, management, or publishing services.

Before we start your new project, a full day is spent testing all connections, calibrating all systems and other related tasks.

We will help with all travel arrangements, and provide transportation to and from the airport, train station, and hotels.  We will make lunch runs or any errands you may need.

The studio drum kit (if needed) is dismantled, cleaned, all new heads installed and tuned on our strobe tuner.  Since we do not rely on sound-replacing or drum sampling we put in the extra time to insure the drums are tuned properly and set up accordingly.

These, along with over 15 years of experience, many success stories, and guaranteed results are some of the reasons Seventh Wave hosts clients from all over the world, from Hollywood to Manhattan to the UK and everywhere in-between.

Most importantly make a proper record and have a memorable time doing it.

~Jason

[16 Jul 2007 | Monday]
LOUNGE

We have a luxurious artist's lounge with wireless gaming, high definition TV with DVD and premium movie channels (HBO, Showtime).   Pamper yourself in our private bath area with tiled shower.  Also included is unlimited long-distance and wireless Internet.  (We have a laptop for your use.)

BAR

We keep the refrigerator full of water, beer, energy drinks, juices, and wines.  We also have 10 kinds of hot tea, three types of gourmet coffee and an espresso/cappuccino maker.

SUPPORT STAFF

We will take care of anything you need.  Our support will run to the post office for you, go for lunch, and provide transportation to and from the airport, train station and hotels.  We tune your guitars for you, change your strings upon request, make you an espresso, or anything else needed to assist in your comfort throughout your production.

MAIN ROOM

Hardwood floating floors, independent air control, floating-frame structure makes this a true studio build-out.  There is plenty of space for house equipment (see gear page for complete list).  Other guitars and amps are always available at the studio.  Since many of our clients are traveling from out-of-state, we are fully equipped, so transporting your touring equipment is not necessary.

CONTROL ROOM

All new boutique outboard gear from Chandler Ltd., Great River, API, Neve, Purple Audio, Universal Audio and others give us one of the best-equipped studios.  Floating hardwood floors and independent wall structure maintain a solid production environment, while the leather armchairs keep our clients comfortable.

This is not a commercial studio, but please contact us and see if your project is a proper fit  for this unique environment. If you wish to journey down the path less traveled, keep in mind we stay booked six weeks to six months in advance.

For booking information please email us at info@seventhwavestudio.com or call 717-370-2584.
