So here's the story, we're looking for someone that can help us make web updates, post banners, blogs/bulletins, events and in general, manage various social networking web sites. This will also include researching various cities and making posts to promote general banf awareness and to notify newspapers, online magazines, blogs and message boards of upcoming shows and promotions. Physical mailing of promotional items is also included. This is not really a design job, while having a stong visual sense will improve your chances, it is also not a requirement.

This is a PAYING opportunity.

We are a band so don't expect to make this your full time job, but you will be compensated for your time. We could probably throw in a few perks here and there as well. Free admittance to shows, merch, etc...

Here are the REQUIREMENTS and please, please read these...

» Must be self-motivated, organized and willing to take initiative.

» Above Basic/Intermediate knowledge of HTML is a MUST. If you made your myspace page with pimp my profile, that probably doesn't count. Working knowledge of Photoshop also a big bonus.

» Must be familiar with making updates to myspace, facebook, etc

» Must have stable access to a computer and email (You would think this goes without saying)

» I have a preference for someone that lives in the area but it is not a necessity.

I would anticiapte this to occupy approximately 4-6 hours a week. Possibly more or less depending on what our current schedule is.
