ATTN:  As of 01/01/07, The Phoenix Nightclub will be enforcing the following rules and regulations:

OVERALL:

1.  No patrons under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance into the club without proper ECU college ID......no exceptions!  Underage patrons are not posess, consume, or transport alcohol at anytime.  Patrons who disobey this rule will be charged and held liable in the court of law!!!

2.  No inappropriate conduct will be tolerated at anytime.

3.  No concealed weapons of anykind are permitted at anytime.

4.  No refunds or exchanges shall be given out at anytime......no exceptions!

5.  The Phoenix is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items.

6.  At closing time, all patrons will be asked to leave in anorderly fashion using the main entrance/access area of the building.

7.  Loitering will not be tolerated in the access area at anytime before, during, or after business hours!

8.  No controlled substances or illegal contraband will be allowed at anytime.

SECURITY ENFORCED DRESSCODE:

1.  No plain colored t-shirts, sweatshirts, or thermal shirts will be allowed at anytime.

2.  No rival gang colors or offensive clothing will be allowed at anytime.

3.  No excessive baggy clothing will be allowed at anytime.

4.  No metal chains or spiked jewelry will be allowed at anytime.

5.  No tanktops or "wife beaters" will be allowed at anytime.

6.  No sports jerseys or athletic gear will be allowed at anytime. 

7.  Large jackets, umbrellas, and motorcycle helmets must be checked in at the door!!!

MEMBERSHIPS:

Memberships can be picked up at the door for a nominal fee.  Legally by the state of North Carolina, there is a three day waiting period for memberships to be activated.  Membership cards can be picked up at place of purchase.  NO MEMBERSHIP CARDS WILL BE MAILED OUT.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Along with following all the above rules, All patrons must have a valid ID!!!  We will not except any expired, forged, or damged IDs.

*****Valid forms of ID are as follows*****

1.  Any state driver's license.

2.  US Military ID

3.  International Passport

4.  North Carolina Identification Card (non operator's card)

THE PHOENIX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY OR SERVICE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASONAS THEY SEE FIT.

MEBERSHIPS CAN BE REVOKED AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON.
