Well the last two weeks have been quite the whirlwhind!  Played a show in LA May 4th, then hung out in LA the rest of the week for meetings and hangin out with some folks...

Then after flying back to NC for a few shows we took a second trip back out to LA for a showcase at an entertainment company.  Had a great time!  Met some really cool people.

Heard a really great up and coming bluegrass group by the name of The Lovell Sisters who played the showcase after us, check them out, if you havent already, they're definitely gonna blow up sometime real soon!

Playing a week of shows here in NC and then heading back up to NYC to play The Bitter End (Tues May 26th)

All the while I'm still writing and working on the new record which I'm really excited about, so STAY TUNED! 

Will keep you all updated with any news I have to share real soon!

Yeste..rday my good friends over at
96 Rock (96.1 FM in Ralei..gh)
decided to play "Raleigh Nights" during their "4:20 Smoke-break" and I've gotten a bunch of new friends/fans message me here on myspace saying that they heard it on the radio yesterday!

I've also heard alot of you have been requesting the song on 96 Rock's website and a few of you have actually called the station as well requesting "Raleigh Nights"

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the support and I'm glad that you guys are feeling the song!

Thanks to my friends Foster and The Blade for spinning the song yesterday, hopefully with enough requests from you guys they'll start spinning it everyday! haha

(ok, well maybe not EVERY day but hopefully they'll start playing it more and more!)

So I'm pretty excited about my new song "Raleigh Nights", co-written by my brother Chris.
"Bongo" John Metcalf and I have been busy in the studio this past week laying down tracks to the song.  We just added some live drums to the song today.
Going to be adding a bunch of cool stuff to the track real soon, so stay tuned!
