So in following with the tradition that I started yesterday.. yes such a long lustrious and historic tradition as it is. I am going to continue with my daily "What the fuck" story of the day. Little news articles that I find, read over and declare simply.. what the fuck?

Now then, on to the news. In Albert Lea, Minn. - Two teenage girls who worked at a nursing home have been charged with abuse, accused of taunting, spitting on and groping the breasts and genitals of residents who suffered from Alzheimer's disease and other dementia disorders.

Full story can be found here: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28051548/

So yes.. as the story goes these 18-19 year old girls work at a home for seniors, they proceed to torture these residents with all sorts of juvenile and clearly disturbing acts.. they practically molested these people all in the name of their own amusement. I would love to know what fucking retards got together, screwed and had these psychotic bitches. I mean seriously do you take any consdieration that these are people? That they are living, feeling beings? The worst of it all is the courts will probably slap them on the wrist for this being their first, yet most heinous offense. And they will walk away with a probation period and the bad image on themselves for years to come. I feel as though the courts and the government are too soft on some individuals. If you commit an act that hurts, humiliates, kills, or scars another living being.. the punishment should fit the crime. Hands down, no exceptions to the rule. In this case, the families of the tortured senior citizens should be allowed to administer a fitting punishment to these girls and any of their co-workers who joined in or didn't report the crime.

So that in a nutshell is the What the fuck story of the day, tune in next time when our story may be even more offensive than the last.

P.S. I got a mother fucking job bitches.. finally. More on that when I feel like it.

Current mood:  disgusted

I'm thinking of searching out for the most outrageous stories on news headlines each day and giving my own insight and asking for other peoples thoughts on such things now that I'm more actively posting in my blog. For instance the following story at: http://music.msn.com/music/hotgossip/12_03_08/?GT1=28102 -is about Kevin Ferderline and his comments about the relationship with Britney Spears and what happened with their inevitable break up. What catches my eye as I read this is the following that I will paste from the lengthy article.

"When things turned sour and Spears started running off the rails, occasionally with their ankle-biters riding along in unsecured car seats, Federline insists it was concern for the kids and not his less-than-overflowing coffers that prompted him to get full custody (he's reportedly now receiving $20,000 a month in child support)."

My thoughts went from curiousity about why people are still talking to Federline about all this.. to simply. Who the fuck needs $20,000 a month for child support?!?! This is so deliberately about the money she made as a Pop-Star that it is sickening. Granted her actions during the marriage and towards her children were insane. But I see no reason why someone should be ordered to pay $10,000 a month per child. What braindead jury/judge would deem this acceptable child support payment? Seriously how the fuck much money would he need to keep his kids clothed, fed, bedded, educated and properly stimulated with toys and such.. Wow.. I almost dread the idea of having kids, cause if shit don't work out and I'm made out to be the bad guy? *Shakes head in disgust.* Doubtful.. but it's a wonder people even get married anymore.

Opinions, comments, etc.. I await your replies.

Addendum here.. A second portion of the story catches my eye now.

""Jayden kept screaming 'Daddy', it was so sad," a spy alleges to the mag. "She asked for a high chair. Jayden was throwing a tantrum so Britney picked him up and walked outside. As she did, she literally snapped her fingers at her security guards who immediately got up and followed her outside."

Spears reportedly did her best to quell her ankle-biter's meltdown, but eventually gave him to the nanny, who "quickly" removed him from the restaurant."

Ok.. you're out with your kids away from their father whom you are not with anymore. The kid has a tantrum about wanting to see him. You try to calm his acting out.. and when that doesn't work, give him to the nanny to take care of elsewhere than in the restaurant.. And this is why she doesn't have nearly any custody. Nanny's are for when the parent needs to be at work or something.. not when you can't handle them yourself. Fuck'n A.. fuck'n bitch..

Ok I read this when I popped on my hotmail account over at the MSN page. I remember hearing about this story back when it first happened in 2006. It's a sad day when bullying someone or teasing them can lead to suicide. It's even sadder when a jury can't even convict an adult when they see that she clearly harassed a 13yr old girl in her daughters defense. An adult should know better than to go and do such petty and irresponsible things, creating false profiles to berate a minor is inexcusable. It's utterly amazing more of these kinds of cases haven't been popping up all over the country. I'm sure there are plenty of lawyers who are chomping at the bit to get their greasy paws all over these kinds of cases. Anyway read on.. give your opinion, oh and Happy Thanksgiving folks.. such a lovely note to sign off on eh?

Conviction on lesser charges in MySpace case

Mother guilty of misdemeanor charges in cyber-bullying that led to death

A Missouri mother on trial in a landmark cyberbullying case was convicted Wednesday of misdemeanor computer charges instead of felonies in a cruel Internet hoax played on a 13-year-old girl who later committed suicide.

The federal jury could not reach a verdict on a conspiracy allegation against 49-year-old Lori Drew and rejected three other felony counts of accessing computers without authorization to inflict emotional harm on the girl.

Instead, the panel convicted her of three lesser offenses of just accessing computers without authorization. Each of those counts is punishable by up to one year in prison and a $100,000 fine. Drew faced up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the four original counts.

U.S. District Court Judge George Wu declared a mistrial on the conspiracy count. It was not known if she would be retried.

Drew did not show any visible emotion when the clerk read the verdicts.

Weighing the evidence
Most members of the six-man, six-woman jury left court without speaking to reporters. One juror, who would only identify himself by the first name, Marcilo, indicated jurors were not convinced Drew's actions involved the intent alleged by prosecutors.

The case hinged on an unprecedented — and, some legal experts say, highly questionable — application of computer-fraud law.

Prosecutors said Drew and two others created a fictitious 16-year-old boy on MySpace and sent flirtatious messages from him to teenage neighbor Megan Meier. The "boy" then dumped Megan, saying, "The world would be a better place without you." Megan promptly hanged herself with a belt in her bedroom closet in October 2006.

Prosecutors said Drew wanted to humiliate Megan for saying mean things about Drew's teenage daughter. They said Drew knew Megan suffered from depression and was emotionally fragile.

"Lori Drew decided to humiliate a child," U.S. Attorney Thomas O'Brien, chief federal prosecutor in Los Angeles, told the jury. "The only way she could harm this pretty little girl was with a computer. She chose to use a computer to hurt a little girl, and for four weeks she enjoyed it."

O'Brien said it was the nation's first cyberbullying trial.

But some legal experts have suggested that O'Brien overreached and that a conviction might not stand up on appeal.

Drew was not directly charged with causing Megan's death. Instead, prosecutors indicted her under the federal Computer Use and Fraud Act, which in the past has been used in hacking and trademark theft cases.

Among other things, Drew was charged with conspiring to violate the fine print in MySpace's terms-of-service agreement, which prohibits the use of phony names and harassment of other MySpace members.

"The rules are fairly simple," federal prosecutor Mark Krause said. "You don't lie. You don't pretend to be someone else. You don't use the site to harass others. They harassed Megan Meier."

Creating a phony profile
Drew's lawyer, Dean Steward, contended his client had little to do with the content of the messages and was not at home when the final one was sent. Steward also argued that nobody reads the fine print on service agreements.

"How can you violate something when you haven't even read it?" Steward asked. "End of case."

Prosecutors said Drew, her then-13-year-old daughter Sarah and Drew's 18-year-old business assistant Ashley Grills set up the phony MySpace profile for a boy named "Josh Evans," posting a photo of a bare-chested boy with tousled brown hair. "Josh" then told Megan she was "sexi" and assured her, "i love you so much."

Grills allegedly sent the final, insulting message to Megan before she killed herself in the St. Louis suburb of Dardenne Prairie, Mo.

Missouri authorities said there was no state law under which Drew could be charged. But federal prosecutors in California claimed jurisdiction because MySpace is based in Beverly Hills.

Among the prosecution's witnesses was Megan's mother, Tina, who recounted finding her daughter hanging in a closet. Prosecutors also called some of Drew's friends and associates, who painted the defendant as cold and indifferent about the prank and the suicide.

Sarah Drew testified she never saw her mother use the MySpace account. But Grills, testifying under immunity from prosecution, said she saw Drew type at least one message under the name Josh Evans.

After the suicide, Missouri passed a law against cyber-harassment. Similar federal legislation has been proposed on Capitol Hill.

Current mood:  annoyed

So recently in my endeavors to do some online job hunting I pop into the local library and do my thing here. Posting resumes, filling out online applications and so on and so forth. The usual fare for when one goes out and applies online for work. Anyway.. It's been painfully clear that the old saying "Silence is golden" no longer seems to have any place in public libraries. It's sad but true. ..:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Last week I am sitting next to this guy, wearing headphones, so I can drown out the keyboard sounds with some music, and such. Though I keep it respectfully low, as to not distract other patrons. This asshole has his phone on the loudest setting, answers it.. and proceeds to talk in his outdoor voice on the phone, next to me and about 7 other people! Now this guy had done this once before.. apparently he received a call from a telemarketer and proceeded to harass the guy over the phone for calling him on his cell and such. Granted I would love to trash talk a telemarketer at times.. but to do so in a library is ignorant and just dumb. So I tried a few times then to get his attention, finally I got him to leave the library and finish his call outside that time. I admit, I got pissy, even close to yelling at him, but I kept my composure. This time however I gave him "the look", clearly said "take it outside dude", "this is a library, go outside" and finally after he ignored me like 5 times I said plainly. "Take your call outside you jackass, this is a library." At which point he stops looks at me and says, "Why are you complaining? You're wearing headphones, and no one else is bothered by me." I rebut with- "Well obviously I can hear you over the headphones, which says you're simply too loud. And maybe I'm the only one here with the courage to call you on your bullshit behavior. This is a library, act like it ass." Finally after explaining to his caller what was going on he gets up, locks his computer out and exits the library for all of 2 minutes. He returns and then finishes up in like 3 minutes. So instead of postponing answering the phone, or taking it outside, we have an argument.. for somewhere around 5 minutes.. when he could have been gone by then. If he simply obeyed the rules of etiquette clearly listed around the library. *Sighs* Idiots.. And people wonder why other countries hate us Americans.

So on a second note.. People bring their children into the library, that's awesome, they need to learn too. But there are some things you need to keep in mind. There are people doing important things here. Studying, work, research, communications, job searches, and so on. When your child goes off on a tangent and starts talking loudly or begins running around like a bat out of hell.. making noise. Sit the little inbred retard down and tell them in so many words to shut up. If that doesn't work, maybe you need to do something else; my suggestion is to spank your kids. But then again you overly sensitive idiots in the world would call me a monster for that. Fuck you, I was spanked, and I'm fine. Your kids can deal with it too. So fuck you and fuck your whole stinking way of life. ANYWAY.. My point is.. these kids come here with either little or no knowledge of the behavior they should be exhibiting while in the library. Those that know and don't behave need to be corrected. When your little whiner cries for your attention and you are sitting across the room. Either call the kid over to you, go to them and make them talk softly to you about whatever it is they are so enthusiastically trying to gain your attention for. When they run around like idiots they need to be given something quiet to occupy them, hell give them some action figures, I never see kids with toys while their parents take them out anymore.. Umm what the hell? They need something to preoccupy their minds you idiots. A GI Joe would keep me enthralled for hours..

Simply put, the old ways of handling things.. the etiquette of the 70's, 80's hell even the 90's seems to have gone the way of the Dodo. People do the most ignorant things in the world and don't think anyone will say a word to them about it. Whether out of abject fear of confrontation, or the fact that their views may not be the most popular. It's ridiculous and people need to start standing up against the ignorant parties of the world at large.

Current mood:  thoughtful

Ok so recently we had our elections.. and we had our debates about who should or shouldn't have won.. that aside we need more free thinkers influencing our society. Case in point- I was sent the following in an e-mail from my mom while she was at work yesterday. Apparently there are still some free thinking people in the world and some of them have a note of fame left to them. Read on and tell me wether or not you agree with our dear friend Ben Stien.

****

The following was written by Ben Stein and recited by him on CBS Sunday Morning Commentary.

My confession:

I am a Jew, and every single one of my ancestors was Jewish.  And it does not bother me even a little bit when people call those beautiful lit up, bejeweled trees, Christmas trees..  I don't feel threatened.  I don't feel discriminated against. That's what they are:  Christmas trees.

It doesn't bother me a bit when people say, 'Merry Christmas' to me.  I don't think they are slighting me or getting ready to put me in a ghetto.  In fact, I kind of like it  It shows that we are all brothers and sisters celebrati ng this happy time of year. It doesn't bother me at all that there is a manger scene on display at a key intersection near my beach house in  Malibu  .  If people want a crïeche, it's just as fine with me as is the Menorah a few hundred yards away.

I don't like getting pushed around for being a Jew, and I don't think Christians like getting pushed around for being Christians.  I think people who believe in God are sick and tired of getting pushed around, period..  I have no idea where the concept came from that  America  is an explicitly atheist country.  I can't find it in the Constitution and I don't like it being shoved down my throat.

Or maybe I can put it another way: where did the idea come from that we should worship celebrities and we aren't allowed to worship God as we understand Him?  I guess that's a sign that I'm getting old, too..   But there are a lot of us who are wondering where these celebrities came from and where the  America  we knew went to.

In light of the many jokes we send to one another for a laugh, this is a little different:  This is not intended to be a joke;  it's not funny, it's intended to get you thinking.

Billy Graham's daughter was interviewed on the Early Show and Jane Clayson asked her 'How could God let something like this happen?' (regarding Katrina) Anne Graham gave an extremely profound and insightful response.  She said, 'I believe God is deeply saddened by this, just as we are, but for years we've been telling God to get out of our schools, to get out of our government and to get out of our lives.  And being the gentleman He is, I believe He has calmly backed out.  How can we expect God to give us His blessing and His protection if we demand He leave us alone?'

In light of recent events... terrorists attack, school shootings, etc.  I think it started when Madeleine Murray O'Hare (she was murdered, her body found a few years ago) complained she didn't want prayer in our schools, and we said OK.  Then someone said you better not read the Bible in school.  The Bible says thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, and love your neighbor as yourself.  And we said OK.

Then Dr. Benjamin Spock said we shouldn't spank our children when they misbehave because their little personalities would be warped and we might damage their self-esteem (Dr Spock's son committed suicide).  We said an expert should know what he's talking about.  And we said OK.

Now we're asking ourselves why our children have no conscience, why they don't know right from wrong, and why it doesn't bother them to kill strangers, their classmates, and themselves.

Probably, if we think about it long and hard enough, we can figure it out.  I think it has a great deal to do with 'WE REAP WHAT WE SOW.'

Funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's going to hell  Funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but question what the Bible says.  Funny how you can send 'jokes' through e-mail and they spread like wildfire but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing.  Funny how lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene articles pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion of God is suppressed in the school and workplace.

Are you laughing yet?

Funny how when you forward this message, you will not send it to many on your address list because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it.

Funny how we can be more worried about what other people think of us than what God thinks of us.

Pass it on if you think it has merit.  If not then just discard it... no one will know you did.  But, if you discard this thought process, don't sit back and complain about what bad shape the world is in.

My Best Regards,  Honestly and respectfully,

Ben Stein

****

I know this has nothing really to do with the recent political voting and such, but it still has it's points. So my question is does this compell you to think more about the stupid things we let happen in our society? And what do you think about it?

Current mood:  frustrated

Soo.. been a lil' while since I had to blog about something. And gee I got a real humdinger of events that happened on Friday, that I did I did!!

So after getting out of my dayshift late.. and making a bank run.. I head home on Rt 213 into Langhorne.. and right were the lanes merge 2-to-1, I get rear ended!

The story goes.. Red light, I'm in the right lane(which merges into the left) and there are cars behind and beside me. Light goes green and I pull ahead, merge and brake as the traffic is backed up considerably. The cars behind me I see, two left and right lane drivers racing to get ahead of the other. Right lane blows out and flips off the left lane driver and spots me at a dead stop. Slam of brakes, squealing tire, smoke from swerving driver and bam! Right into the ass end of my car. Right marker light is cracked and missing pieces. I flipped a lid, called the cops and such. Reported it in the morning on Saturday. (Details pending to those who inquire about the whole thing.)

Then Friday night.. I have to work the midnight shift. I slept in once I got home from the accident, went to work and 20 minutes in.. I fall down ass end(again with the ass) down 4 stairs. Thankfully my supervisor was still on the property and came to my aid. After a minute or two I stood up and had to sit back down due to lightheadedness. Fantastic, sore ass and dizzy spells! After discussing wether I should go to the ER or something we walk it off and I work the rest of the night with a pain in my ass.. *ba-dum!* Fast forward to 6pm Saturday, still in bad pain, left shoulder and right thigh now sore.. An ER visit later and now I'm drugged up with Motrin and Percicet incase of severe pains.. And I have bruised ass muscles and such.. Yay! So now I'm taking tonight off and can't drive while on the meds.. Great.. So much for getting around easy..

Current mood:  depressed

Ok, to put this in the simplest terms. I have problems, ok? Doesn't everyone?

Now I admit I got loud over the weekend with a pair of people who I had no real fight or reason to.. but the noise was killing me. I can't justify why I did it. But simply put- 11:45pm, screaming girl, guy tickling girl has done this at least 3-4 times before in the past 2hrs. I patiently sit out previous instances. And even go as far as to put the headphones on. Cause honestly, I can't deal with the noise, and don't want to upset the balance. So yes, this makes me look anti-social. Whatever, I'm quiet 95% of the rest of the time, why not make it 100%??

So yeah I alienate a friend by lashing out, and in said moments after the back and forth yelling I remove said friend from my list. Cause A) I'm angry and running on hate at the moment, and B) I needed my distance/privacy. Tack on to that the message I receive after I've gone and shut up about the whole thing from said friend. Makes it harder to deal with trying to rebuild around the friendship.

That said.. honestly, I am sorry about the way things happened that night. But on the same token I have to address the factor of people no one knew were going to show, let alone were invited to said party, being the direct cause of both ends of this incident. If A weren't with B, C wouldn't explode and make D-J all think C is a freaking maniac antisocial timebomb. Maybe all this is just coincidential. But I thought bringing this additional person wasn't happening anymore because of prior problems. I guess I was out of the loop on that too.

Sigh..

I posted a blog yesterday and it didn't post for some reason.. What the hell Myspace?
