Can someone please help me find serious ballet dancers, interested in taking risks, challenging perceptions, and becoming awesome kick butt dancers?

Hartfel Ballet is a ballet company that any serious dancer would be silly not to check out.  I know the pay is small in the beginning, but we have to start somewhere.  And the future plans involve paying principle dancers a living wage of $50,000+ a year.

Think your career is over because you are in your 20s?  Hartfel dancers have a future of serious dancing until your 40s or 50s (your choice). 

I am starting to believe that there are only pansy ballerinas in existence.  Maybe we're not advertising in the right places... HELP!
