New York hardcore monsters SWORN ENEMY are about to return with their newest slab of hate – the devastating new album “Total World Domination”, which will be released on June 22nd, 2009 in Europe on Century Media Records. Like its much lauded predecessor “Maniacal”, the new opus was recorded with producer Tim Lambesis (As I Lay Dying) and perfectly blends the band’s old-school, beat you down hardcore style with a thrash metal infusion resulting in material that will tear your face off. Now, you can check out the album’s artwork and the brand new track “Still Hating” at the band’s re-designed MySpace page, so head over to: http://www.myspace.com/swornenemy!After headlining an European tour earlier this year, SWORN ENEMY are already confirmed to return to European stages from the end of August until late September on the Hell On Earth tour 2009. SWORN ENEMY are one of those few bands that can never be derailed, no matter how many obstacles and hardships are thrown at them. The band spent the majority of 2008 touring the world with such acclaimed acts as Hatebreed, Earth Crisis, Divine Heresy, Terror, among countless others in support of their latest effort, Maniacal, which was widely renowned as the group's best and heaviest offering yet.
Now less than a year since that album's release, the band are preparing to enter the studio once again with longtime producer Tim Lambesis (As I Lay Dying vocalist). Their relentless schedule begins by heading to San Diego to start recording on January 3rd, which will be immediately followed up by a 44 show European tour with Freya (Karl from Earth Crisis), Waking The Cadaver and Cool Dudes Chillin, followed by treks of Israel, Australia, Japan and Korea. This will be followed by the Trendkilla II tour in late April/May throughout North America (Bands TBA). Look for their much anticipated new effort in stores spring 2009.
Lorenzo Antonucci (guitars, vocals) further comments: "I'm very excited about this album because our writing process has been better then ever. I've been a part of all the writing for every record and I feel this is our best foundation yet. We took it back to As Real As It Gets with a little of BOTE and Maniacal in it. The sound is way faster and more pissed off then ever, harder then ever and a lot more ignorant. It's going to be fun working with Tim again. This will be the third album he's been apart of. This also marks our first recording with Sid (bass) and JRad (drums), so we are all very excited about that. This record will be a great one!"
Be sure to stay tuned to www.myspace.com/swornenemy for video reports from the studio and current news items.

Lorenzo Antonucci (guitarist of SWORN ENEMY) Launches MAMALUKE TV The infamous Lorenzo Antonucci (guitarist of Sworn Enemy) is known worldwide for his enthusiasm for a good time, which sometimes (well, all the time) escalates to a level of pure insanity. He recently channeled all of his extra energy and time to creating an outside of the box, no holds barred type of TV show, appropriately named MAMALUKE TV, that is definitely going to take many by surprise. This show is a behind-the-scenes, uncensored look into life of maniacs on the road as Lorenzo asks the questions few are willing to ask. Click either of the links below to check out the hilarious debut episode. YouTube Page – www.youtube.com/mamaluketvAntonucci further comments: "This is Lorenzo from the MAMALUKE TV show, some of you may know me from the band Sworn Enemy and some of you may know me as the animal at a show or in the streets. This is my TV show that interviews band members from all kinds of genres in the metal and hardcore world, musician to musician. I'm out there interviewing my friends and other band members about everyday life on the road, and of course I live it as well, so I know the real deal. There's some funny shit that happens so my plan is to bring this madness to the masses. "MAMALUKE TV's inaugural episode features my interview with hardcore legend Scott Vogel (vocals) of Terror taken from this past year's "Firestorm Fest" tour. The next few episodes will feature interviews with Maurizo (vocals) of Kataklysm, James (vocals) of Origin, John (vocals) of Warbringer and Karl of Earth Crisis. "Listen, I'm a mamaluke, you're a mamaluke. This is an interactive show for everyone to be a part of. We're going to update you with who we plan on interviewing over the next few months with hopes of you sending in some questions for us to ask. If you have an idea: send them, you have a question: send them to our MySpace page. I've been touring over eight years and I've become very close with lots of people in the scene. Let me know who you want me to interview or what you think can make the show better. I hope you enjoy the first episode and it only gets crazier from here. Enjoy"

New York’s SWORN ENEMY will continue to bring the metal to the masses via a slew of North American touring activity to support the release of their new album Maniacal. Having toured Europe, Japan and the U.S. in recent weeks, they will continue their unrelenting schedule on April 14th with a series of headlining dates leading them immediately into a tour with labemates Divine Heresy. From A Second Story Window (Blackmarket/Metal Blade), With Blood Comes Cleansing (Victory) and Dance Club Massacre (Blackmarket/Metal Blade) round out the bill.
Comments guitarist Lorenzo Antonucci: "We just finished the Firestorm Fest with Earth Crisis, Terror and Shai Hulud, and though it was an honor to be part of such an amazing tour, we can’t wait to bang our heads with Divine Heresy. This tour is going to be a rager, and we are very happy to be a part of it."
SWORN ENEMY will then spend May supporting Dying Fetus, further proving just how diverse their live show is and that they can easily stand tall and win over any crowd. Origin and Thy Will Be Done will be opening all of these shows. Either see below or visit http://www.myspace.com/swornenemy to view their complete touring itinerary.
"People sometimes forget that we’ve toured with heavy bands like Slayer, Cradle of Filth and Six Feet Under," Antonucci says. "Our best tours have always been with metal bands, and we’re excited to once again be the underdog. We appreciate having the opportunity to show people just how heavy we can be. It’s time to rage!"
SWORN ENEMY have returned with Maniacal, their most crushing offering to date and a monumental assault that quickly caught the entire genre?s attention. Featuring a newly reinvigorated lineup and new home at Century Media, this 10-track offering takes the group?s sound to new heights, which sees them embracing a thrashier edge and pummeling the listener with unrivaled aggression. Maniacal is now available everywhere.
A video for ?A Place of Solace,? the first single from Maniacal, was recently shot by acclaimed director David Brodsky (GWAR, The Red Chord). Click the following link below to check it out. http://headbangersblog.mtv.com/2008/03/20/video-premiere-sworn-enemys-a-place-of-solace/
Throw all your preconceived notions out the window, because this is an all new SWORN ENEMY, determined to carve out their own unique new path within the metal genre.
