From long nights of sitting in the dark letting memories grab hold of me to having morning coffee with the demons I had slept with the night before, looking back on this past year and all that we have accomplished is like unlocking some of the chains from which we bind ourselves.  Its incredibly freeing but also makes me want to scream and cry with relief.
Everyday we got up and faced another day, keeping this dream alive with absolutely no support from any label, just from us and the fans and friends who truly know and yes, get us. Yes, we did hit some major bumps, ( I mean we ARE junkies) but all in all we not only survived but we grew into stronger bigger monsters feeding the savage minds with what we believe only it can appreciate. The truth. What is real to us. We have shared ourselves with the world willingly because we know in all our pain and suffering we are not alone. You are here with us. You get us. You ARE us. And thats why I could not be happier to let you in even closer.

There once was a girl who gave and gave. She gave and gave and they took and took and she still gave more of herself every time. Even when she couldn't give any more she still gave. And they took. Until one day, she awoke to find that there was barely anything left of her.....she had given it all to those who needed her. So she went away and crawled into her hole where she could reach into the depths of herself and discover the things that she needed to see to become whole again. In the meantime, the ones she had given to before became very angry. Why wasn't she there for them? They began spewing venom at her because they wanted her for themselves. No one who she helped even took a second to find out what was wrong with her. Little did they know she was once again locked away baring the ugliest depths of her soul to share with them, to help ease their sorrows. But they still wanted more. All they could think about was themselves and why she had went away and deserted them and their needs. They cursed her and spoke hateful about her behind her back. They sent her letters telling her that she owed them for who she was and that she was "fucking everything up", not once coming with any love or even acting like they cared for her because really, they didn't. You see they had yet to learn the lesson that she had learned a long time ago, so their selfish ways we're rotting for all to see....and the smell....the smell of the guilt and just the idea that they would act that way with someone who had given and given to them was putrid.

And when she came back. There was a new scar with which she bared. One that reeked of betrayal and deceit. A deep dark open wound spilling out for all the world to see once again. And it was uglier than ever.

Its 6:30 in the morning. Our minds feels like pudding that you left in the summer sun. We have been working so hard on this album that sometimes we wake up and don't know what day it is. None of that matters. If our brains can bounce back from years of drug abuse, a little over-exercise of it surely will only make it stronger.

The album is coming out amazing. For those of you who are expecting Pity Girl part two, we say yes and no. The yes is that the album starts where the last one left off and the no is that we had just barely found our sound on Pity Girl. This album we were able to take that sound and mame it, strip it, rape it, torture it and then kill it. Its sounds like we put that green shit the Hulk shoots up in our music and let it loose. With us, we've grown so much since Pity Girl that we are just bent on pushing the fucking envelope as far as we possibly can. With that said let us tell you about it. We've got this ballad called "Blow My Fucking Brains Out", which feels like fucking the person thats getting ready to murder you. We've got another song where the melody of the song was actually written on a turntable. It came along when Gzus was doing the scratches for "Christmas Sucks" . When we heard the melody we knew it was another song, so we took the strange ass melody and built our pieces around it. "When Judgement Comes" is somewhere between Pantera and Timbaland with Mary letting the haters know exactly where they can shove their shit. Its funny because the inspiration for the song came from funny man and inventor of hater repellent, Katt Williams. "Pull the Trigger Slow" is another classic Mary Magdalan banger and features one of Ericb.'s favorite solos on it. "Walking Suicide" is another one of our favorites that feels like walking through the rubble after the end of times. I wish I could tell you more but my fingers are turning in like crows feet and my eyes keep on rolling in the back of my head just thinking about it.

All we know is that as of March 1st we wrap on sessions with ericb. and by April 1st all vocals for Mary will be wrapped. We cant release the official date or the actual album title but its coming, I mean killing soon. we promise! Also we are doing this right this time so expect to see videos for singles and yes........our first US Tour!!!!

So as the sunlight burns in our eyes (a line from the song "H3AV3N") let us find our brains again and finish our monsterpiece. We love you all and you'll be "hearing" from us soon.

Choobs Junkies.

About a week after we finished writing PITY GIRL we got that undeniable itch that every addiction gives when you leave it alone for too long. It was in our thoughts, in our dreams and on the tip of our tongues, even though none of us spoke a word of it. So quietly we crawled back in our hole and started shooting up melodies and huffing lines of riffs and screams. We continued to dabble in our habits and chipped away track after track until we finally went a little too far with it. We woke up from our overdose and realized we made another baby. So we continued to abuse our addiction day after day, night after night. Soon our poppies were blossoming and the taste of uncut JUNKI3LOVE started dripping down the back of our throat. The high got better every time we hit it. All inhibitions lost we decided to dive head first into it. Its been 10 months that we've been back on our drug and we're hooked.

So as of today we are officially back in the JUNKI3SD3N recording our follow up album to PITY GIRL. For us making music is our drug. It controls us. It is us. It give us hope in this fucked up world. Its our addiction. As crazy as it sounds, its the only thing that keeps us off drugs.

As far as the album goes, its fucked in the head. Twisted beyond all realities and pushed beyond all boundaries. Kinda like snorting a line of ajax while being submerged in ice water. Everything is still in its early phases but its starting to feel like something new.

Now we want you to get high with us. We are going to make a song from scratch with every JUNKI3 in the world having their say in it. From the song title, the structure, the instruments.....everything! its our way of letting the JUNKI3S get the ultimate high that we get.


So now we have a name for our song - SHR3DS - Given to us by Kristy : )
