Well..the commemorative radio show happened a month ago, but I thought I'd write a tardy blog about it anyway. Two years ago the David Lynch Foundation gave the man himself a birthday present of forty songs of "David Lynch inspired music". I submitted and my Smitten with Strangers outro piece got on. The cd was beautifully packaged, I still need to hunt down a copy of one. This past month Erin who organized the compilation played some of the comp on her radio show in celebration of David's birthday and I was pretty jazzed to find I was the lead off track. The following is her commemorative letter:


Hi,

In celebration mode for David's upcoming birthday I am going to play many of the songs from the DL birthday cd that you all contributed to two years ago. Since my radio show is only an hour I am playing the songs that I had on my computer this week and I will try and do a follow up show soon that will include all of them.
