Umoja Fest African Heritage Parade Saturday 1pm
Continuing the tradition that began over 50 years ago with the East
Madison Mardi Gras, the parade will feature drill teams, African drum &
dance, masquerades, floats youth and community organizations. The parade
will begin at 23rd & Union and travel south on 23rd Avenue to the festival
grounds.
