For you who want to buy a copy of our album with a custom home made cover, yes we ate the pizza, cleaned and cut the box, clued on velcro, folded newspapers, cut and glued some more, painted the covers, a thousand different versions, printed the info, copied the photos, even added a cd !  pls contact us and we will make the arrangements.

New Lineup
There is once again a change in the bands lineup, luckily this time nobody left us,
we now have a fourth member in the band. His name is Rune and he plays the bass, yes, I know what you're thinking, didn't Tommy play the bass on the US and Japan tour? Yes he did, bur Tommy is really a guitarist and will now add two more strings and start shredding solos all over the US. Rune has previously played with tons of artists and you can read all about him here:
http://www.myspace.com/juanpirataandthetiptops
He's an amazing musician, a cool guy and a good friend, we are sure you all will love him as much as we do. So for you kind-of-slow people out there, here's the lineup
Tommy - Vocals and Guitar
Mari - Keys and Vocals
Rune - Bass and Vocals
BK - Drums and bad jokes (if there's an extra microphone)

New York and the US
Yes we are going back to the states, three or four gigs in New York this time, before we leave for Las Vegas and LA. Las Vegas is a couple of days of rest for us. We tried that last year also but we were kind of like zombies then, since we all had a the flu. Tommy is celebrating his birthday there on the 18th of october, you are all welcome to join us, we'll be staying at Caesars Palace. If you can't find it, just look for the group of people wearing togas and viking helmets. We'll be by the pool. Mari will be in the casino.
After a good nights sleep we will pick up our rental and head through the desert. Of course we will stop and check out the temperature in Baker

When we drove past last year we cursed ourselves for going to the Hoover Dam, our schedule did not have room for both amazing wonders of the world.
Next stop LA. sweet
Gigs and radio shows are planned, it is going to be amazing, we had the best of times last year, a lot of driving, but you can..t help falling in love with California.
If they have the internet in America, we will try to update our myspace.

New album
Our new album is almost ready, we are recording the last songs this following week. It's due for release late october. This time we are actually doing almost everything ourselves, recording in our own studio (as we did on "The lost royalties"), mixing in our own studio (Tommy is doing it all !! what a guy) the mastering will be done at Strype Audio. The artwork will actually be done by hand, every cover is handmade and unique. Exclusive and in a limited edition. All in recycled material.
The new album still has got the royalties sound, but there's  a bit more tempo and rock feel to it. Or maybe it's not, we will put out a sample on our myspace as soon as it's ready. Anyway, we hope you like it

Mata adode aimashou!

Hell yes, Music For Records (our very own indie-label) attended this years SXSW in Austin, Texas. It was FANTASTIC! Except for busy meetings with labels, managements and booking agents from all around the world there was a lot of great music (and some shit as well).. But the highlight of it all was to meet this guy:

Quincy Jones!!! Mr. Cool himself

This was a really cool band, "Still Flying"

Hi all!

So we just came home from our Japan tour which was truly an AMAZING experience. We had the best time of our lives playing for you, hanging out with you, making lots of new friends and finally getting to meet the people we have been emailing the last couple of years!

The food , the beer, the people, our fans, WOW - what can we say? We really don't have words enough to describe what went through our minds when we were traveling around in your beautiful country.

A very special thanks to all our fans, and especially the people in Colorfield and Excellent records in Tokyo, to Kei and Nori for making it all happen, and all of their friends in Kobe, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya and Tokyo for making this tour into such an adventurous journey! Also, we would like to thank Kana for making the best artwork in the world!

The long awaited Japan tour is getting close. The Royalties  have been rehearsing both electric and acoustic for a long time now. Our fans in Japan will hopefulle appreciate both styles. Tommy has replaced the bass with a guitar for the acoustic and in-store shows, Mari is still doing her magic on the keys and lovely vocals. BK, the big drummer boy, has convinced the others in the band that it's a brilliant idea that he plays the 12string guitar instead of percussion, during the acoustic/in-store shows. Tommy was a bit worried to begin with but seems to be a bit more relaxed now after 200 hours of mentoring BK on the guitar. BK's got blisters on his fingers and wakes up sweating during the night while he screams and promises he will learn the correct lyrics for next rehearsal.
The Royalties are super excited and can hardly wait to visit Japan and meet the fans over there.
We have learned some Japanese :
