My track is a little low on the first 3 songs so the main keyboard riffs are buried but it's still an interesting listen... Jacqueline rules!!!! And thanks to Jared the sound guy!!!

For years now, Bermuda Triangles has been the solo artist persona of Jason Hodges, mastermind of Richmond Virginia's CNP Records. Jason is also the current lead singer of many amazing CNP bands. (The Amoeba Men, Suppression, The Yes Sirs) Bermuda Triangles offered Jason the opportunity to showcase songs he had been working on by himself, using only a keyboard and drum machine to perform them live. Recently, Bermuda Triangles has become a three piece featuring Bill Porter and Jared Young.

Before adding the new members, Jason finished his first CD as Bermuda Triangles. It's called "Terror In The Tropics" and features fourteen tracks of soulful inner ear damage. From the first track, "Tornado Alley," you're hooked. Tornado Alley was also featured on a compilation I put out, on Black Fontanelle, this past summer. Other stand out tracks for me include "Astronomy Before Astronomy" (a song like no other song I've ever heard by anyone...seriously I tried to think of what it reminds me of and I'm stumped), "Spacebrain" (a really awesome instrumental track), "Cannibal Island" (a song that I'm pretty sure they use to call King Kong out of the jungle), and "Terrapin" (a cover of the late, great Syd Barrett).

The brand new Bermuda Triangles three piece is about to embark on a mini-tour on the east coast. Visit their myspace for details. If you can, please check this out. The videos I've seen of the new live set looks like a really good time. Once again reminding me why CNP Records and Jason Hodges are the best Richmond has to offer. I miss it all terribly.

I'm currently working on a bunch of new recordings and in the next couple of months I will be releasing my debut CD and a split 7 inch w/ Philadelphia's TICKLEY FEATHER (she's in my top 8, don't be a fool, definitely check out her musick) both to be released on CNP Records. Sometime next week I will be posting my new song "Wax Lips." By Feb./ March I will be ready to perform live....
