Its been a while we know since last we blogged but no slapped wrists are needed as we have been busy...oh yes. We have been steaming the red carpet since it was last used at our album launch in anticipation of our new arrival of vocal genius. Enter Madison. An avante garde-styled electro-music inspired solo artist who has joined with Hannah to set upon the relaunch of The Ultrasonics. Next stop, new album, new management, new deal with all the glitz and glamour from before but with a quirky fresh edge that only Madison has bottled and in his possession. New shows

Firstly, thanks to those rock n rollers who came to our album launch party in London last weekend. Thanks a mill, and to those that thought it would be better to get an early night or catch a film - well quite frankly you were wrong but we wont go on about it! Worry not, we have uploaded our films from the launch on to YouTube so you can relive the magic in HD no less - yay!

Anyway, today is the big day - our album Ultrasound has been released and is out now! Don't hesitate - you can grab your copy from iTunes by clicking here. Enjoy, and do let us know what you think.

When we arrived this morning at The Ultrasonics headquarters, 1 Electro Rd, Popville, of course, to start a new day at the hit-factory we found a very large delivery of a few thousand CDs............. Oh yes the album has arrived and she is more shiny and more beautiful that we ever could have dreamed.

Now this is no ordinary album folks, it is the stuff of legend. Not your normal track list consisting of a few gems, a few fillers then a couple of skippers, we are talkin hit after hit after hit. Smug and deluded us? Never - have a listen yourself if you are a disbeliever.........................................

This is the bit where you feel the hard sell of the preorder just around the corner, well we dont believe in forcing great music upon the masses, ha chance would be a fine thing! No - we would like to invite you to experience the euphoria first hand, live if you please, at our very own album launch. The event du jour and infact du your bleedin lifetime (trust us when we say it) will be an amazing ride from 8pm-1am on Friday 17th April at The Queen of Hoxton, 1 Curtain Rd, Shoreditch London EC1. Be there or not only end up being square but lets be honest decidedly un-bloody-cool and nonone wants people shunning you in the street because you passed up such an invite. Only Napoleon Dynamite gets a second chance so dont blow it! Come and join the fun, start a conga, light a flamin sambuca, and party like it's...................2009.

Ok Ok so admittedly things have been a little quiet and we have been lagging behind our blogging of late but through all our silence we have been sitting on a little electro-bomb about to go bang... we have been polishing our diamond in the rough of bad music, we may even have discovered the secret contents of area 51............oh yes the arrival of debut album 'Ultrasound' is upon us.
It's a final countdown situation people and we aint talkin 'Europe' ........

After her first 2 gigs back with the band, stage-happy-Hannah is back with a spring in her kitten heels. Both events at electro night Sythentic and Opal nightclub were fantastic and we thank all that came to support us as always.
If you haven't already try and come down to hear our latest tracks at Opal on NYE, or in 2009 - when we will be posting new gigs early Jan so keep a look out,
