I am gearing up for an already explosive year for me, but it's going to be even more explosive because this year is the break out year for Souletry Entertainment. This is another company under the umbrella of Soul Factor Enterprises ( Mothership company).... We are gearing to host events throughout the Carolinas starting next month. We are partnering with Peer Vision ( Founder Danita Washington) to bring some of the best events to The Carolinas starting in Scotland County and Marlboro County, Dillon County, and Florence County..... These will be events that are not normally on the scene in these areas. We are on a mission to promote Unity as well as deliver the resources needed to those who are in need of these resources. To give you a break down of Soul Factor Enterprises which consist of Souletry Entertainment, P.A.D.A, SOuledelic Jewelry, Souletry Management Company ( which I am being managed by)
SOUL FACTOR ENTERPRISES IS... Soul Factor Enterprises is a corporation dedicated to providing a multi-cultural and diverse business platform for those who share with in the soul and cultural movement. It begin as a concept between a passionate artist, Tomekia Thomas of Charlotte North Carolina. The company has a specific philosophy of being something for the "soul masses." Capitalizing on the broader profitability of cross promoting and marketing products, services and even ideas to benefit our clients and our bottomline. Soul Factor Enterprises will continue to distinguish its self from other companies by understanding the value of educating, and informing, a community of extraordinary people who are inquisitive about music, passionate about cultural movements, and hungry for artistic expressions. Profitability at the highest and most cost effective levels is important and more attainable when a company like ours can focus on the "value adding" essentials of reaching a broader audience while not alienating it. By identifying those "liked" services and products that are common among the soul and cultural markets. Soul Factor Enterprises will be able to create services and products that have a "mass" appeal versus a too segmented appeal. As we are aware that the process from conceptualizing an idea to bringing to market can be a challenging and costly endeavor. Our approach will allow us a more probable success ratio over simply focusing on one market segment. Seeking out relationships and partnerships with skilled professionals and ambitiously talented individuals, our company will be on path of establishing corporations in Atlanta, Georgia and with satellite offices in the United Kingdom and Toronta, Canada by end of 2010.

Wow, all I can say is I'm bless. I'm elated to say the least to know what 2009 hold for me. I know my goals and expectations for 2009 are closely related and I look forward to accomplishing everything I wanted and needed to do. I have so many things I look forward to placing on my list of finished things ( not attempted that's not good enough).... I brought the New Years in at a place I now call home for the time being. This is a New Year, new friends, new goals, new city (Atlanta or Chicago not sure).. I am comfortable in saying that I found my purpose in 2008. I had an idea of what it was but I was lost in knowing for sure..... Its like one of those moments where you meditate and pray about it and it comes to you in a weird way. Its like a sense of satisfaction/relief/joy in realizing that you actually have a purpose and you can say you know what it is. I love what I do (Artist). I say artist because that can open me to a multitude of things and I'm not boxed in. I'm just so ecstatic right now about so many things. I hope to pass as many blessings on to the next person who then will continue to pass them on to the next. Let's start a chain reaction with blessings. Let them be contagious like smiles. I'm in a happy place right now I found love in 2008 that carried over to 2009 and I can finally say I'm completely happy with the person I'm with.... I don't need a man to complete me because you need two whole people to make the relationship whole. You know what I mean, you need to know where you are and what you want and what you deserve so you won't settle for less…… I say all of this to say 2009 will be a bless year for me and all in my circle and I hope and pray you stay positive and look forward to a new year full of blessings for all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Topic: Why Do Men Cheat and why Do Women Cheat
This has been a question that has be bothering us women for along time. I mean why do men cheat? Really we want to know or is it just something that is naturally apart of a man. I mean what, tell us something………… Also I'm not going to put it all on the men because women cheat too. Its just that we get away with it more. Men are just down right dumb when it comes to cheating (lol). I mean yall act like yall are not even trying to hide it. We just smarter but for real women do cheat too. Todays is for this question to either get cleared up or at least lets shed some light on this important matter.
I read in an article about men who cheat and it said that To whatever degree, men do cheat and they do it more than women.
It's been called everything from having an "improper relationship" to having an "undercover lover" to having a "freak on the side." But whatever name it's given, it means one thing -- cheating. And relationship experts say men are doing it now more than ever.
In fact, experts estimate that nearly 75 percent of married men, or men involved in serious relationships, cheat. That means three men out of every four practice infidelity, if the numbers are to be believed.
Now first we are gonna start off by discussing the men. Why
do you guys cheat………………
In a study Report, published more than 50 years ago, approximately 60 per cent of men, compared to 30 per cent of women, were unfaithful to their spouses before the age of 40. Those numbers have remained much the same in subsequent studies. The bottom line is why do men cheat?
Here are some points ent in to my email
Let me know your thoughts here in this blog everyone lets start a discussion on this
1A female stated that …………..'I asked my boyfriend why men cheat.... He said, 'Men do it for sex'. He said that a man can have sex with another woman and not feel anything for her' - pismotam
2. Quick Fix. Although sneaking around takes a lot of effort, many believe that more effort is required to salvage a rocky relationship
'People have affairs because they are lazy. It is easier to go running off with the neighborhood hoe than it is to admit something is wrong with your relationship and make a commitment to work on it' - jesusfreak1
'I think if people took half the time and effort they put into sneaking around and channelled that energy into making a great marriage or relationship, they would realise that, most of the time, what they are looking for has always been with them.' - jessicaw
'Sometimes the thought of divorcing and changing everyone's lives is much too hard to handle. So the easier choice is an affair. I don't think it's the right choice, but most people will take the easier road, thinking no one will be hurt because they are keeping the marriage and family intact. - lovestargazer

NOW THIS IS NOT TO OFFEND ANYONE THIS IS JUST TO PICK YOUR MIND. MY MOTHER FOUND THIS ARTICLE IN A VERY RECENT ISSUE OF SISTER 2 SISTER MAGAZINE. SO I WOULD LOVE TO GET REPLIES FROM MEN AND WOMEN, YOUNG AND OLD ALL RACES......READ ON.......................
Its long but read all the way.
>White Woman's Opinion of Black Women > >White women's opinion of black women & a brother's response please take a >moment and read this. Pretty Deep! Thumbs up to this black man.. >Enjoy. >It seems that an article was written to Sister 2 Sister magazine by a >Caucasian woman who requested a response from black men. I'm so glad she >got what she asked for (and more)!!! >? >Dear Jamie: >I'm sorry but I would like to challenge some of your Black male readers. >I am a White female who is engaged to a Black male-good-looking, educated >and loving. I just don't understand a lot of Black female's attitudes about >our relationship. >? >My man decided he wanted me because the pickings amongst Black women were >slim to none. As he said they were too fat, too loud, too mean, too >argumentative, too needy, too materialistic or carrying too much excess >baggage. >? >Before I became engaged, whenever I went out I was constantly approached by >Black men, willing to wine and dine me and give me the world. If Black >women are so up in arms about us being with their men, why don't they look >at themselves and make some changes. >? >I am tired of the dirty looks I get and snide remarks when we're out in >public. I would like to hear from some Black men about why we are so >appealing and coveted by them. >? >Bryant Gumbel just left his wife of 26 years for one of us Charles Barkley, >Scottie Pippen, the model Tyson Beckford, Montell Williams, Quincy Jones, >James Earl Jones, Harry Belafonte, Sydney Poitier, Kofi Anan, Cuba Gooding >Jr., Don Cornelius, Berry Gordy, Billy Blanks, Larry Fishburne, Wesley >Snipes... >? >I could go on and on. But, right now, I'm a little angry and that is why I >wrote this so hurriedly. Don't be mad with us White women because so many >of your men want us. Get your acts together and learn from us and we may >lead you to treat your men better. If I'm wrong, Black men, let me know. >? >Disgusted White Girl, Somewhere in VA >RESPONSE >Dear Jamie: >I would like to respond to the letter written by A Disgusted White Girl. >Let me start by saying that I am a 28-year old black man. I graduated from >one of the most prestigious universities in Atlanta, Georgia with a >Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management. I have a good job at a >major corporation and have recently purchased a house. So, I consider >myself to be among the ranks of successful black men. >? >I will not use my precious time to slander white people. I just want to set >the record straight of why black men date white women. Back in the day, one >of the biggest reasons why black men dated white women was because they >were considered easy. >? >The black girls in my neighborhood were raised in the church. They were >very strict about when they lost their virginity and who they lost it to. >Because of our impatience to wait, brothers would look for someone who >would give it up easy without too much hassle. So, they turned to the white >girls. >? >Nowadays, in my opinion, a lot of brothers date white women because they >are docile and easy to control. A lot of black men, because of >insecurities, fears, and overall weaknesses, have become intimidated by the >strength of our black women. We are afraid that our woman will be more >successful than us, make more money than us, drive nicer cars and own >bigger houses. Because of this fear, many black men look for a more docile >woman. Someone we can control. >? >I have talked to numerous black men and they continuously comment on how >easy it is to control and walk over their white women. I just want to set >the record straight. I want A Disgusted White Girl to know that not all >successful black men date white women. >? >Brothers like Ahmad Rashad, Denzel Washington, Michael Jordan, Morris >Chestnut, Will Smith, Blair Underwood, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Samuel >L. Jackson, and Chris Rock all married strong black women And, to flip the >script, there are numerous white men, in and out of the spot light, who >openly or secretly desire black women over white women. Ted Danson, Robert >DeNiro, and David Bowie to name a few. >? >I just don't want a disgusted white girl to be misinformed Stop thinking >that because you are white that you are some type of goddess. Remember, >when black Egyptian Queens like Hatsepshut and Nitorcris were ruling >Dynasties and armies of men in Egypt, you were over in the caves of Europe >eating raw meat and beating each other over the head with clubs. Read your >history! >? >It was the black woman that taught you how to cook and season your food. It >was the black woman that taught you how to raise your children. It was >black women who were breast feeding and raising your babies during slavery. >? >It is the black woman that had to endure watching their fathers, husbands, >and children beaten, killed, and thrown in jail. Black women were born with >two strikes against them: being black and being a woman. And, through all >this, Still They Rise! >? >It is because of the black women's strength, elegance, power, love and >beauty that I could> never> date anyone except my black Queen. It is not >just the outer beauty that captivates and draws me to them. It is not the >fact that they come in all shapes, sizes, colors and shades that I love >them. >? >Their inner beauty is what I find most appealing about black women. Their >strong spirit, loving and nurturing souls, their integrity, their ability >to overcome great obstacles, their willingness to stand for what they >believe in, and their determination to succeed and reach their highest >potential while enduring great pain and suffering is why I have fallen in >love with black women. >? >I honestly believe that your anger is geared more toward jealousy and envy >more so than snotty looks. If this were not so, then why do you >continuously go to tanning salons to darken your skin? If you are so proud >to be white, then why don't you just be happy with your pale skin? Why do >you continue to inject your lips, hips, and breasts with unnatural and >dangerous substances so you can look fuller and more voluptuous? >? >I think that your anger is really a result of you wanting to have what the >black woman has. >BOTTOM LINE: If I were looking for a docile woman, someone I can walk over >and control, I would give you a call. But, unfortunately, I am looking for >a Virtuous Woman. Someone that can be a good wife and mother to my >children. >? >Someone who can be my best friend and understands my struggles. I am >looking for a soul mate. I am looking for a sister and; unfortunately, you >do not and CANNOT fit the bill. >? >No offense taken, none given. >Signed, Black Royalty >Wow!! We must pass this on to make the day of the Black Queens of our >acquaintances!
YES DAYNOMI MADE YALL THINK THANKS SIMORAH (I LOVE YOU GIRL)

| I GUESS IM WHACK |
| AY YO, IF IM WRONG..THEN IM WRONG. BUT THESE ARE MY OPINIONS!!!
I GUESS IM WHACK....because i feel dat hip hop is being mistaken for rap & r&b. certain music doesnt automatically qualify as hip hop. hip hop is a movement! hip hop teaches and spreads knowledge. hip hop is uplifting. dats why i disagree wit nas and few other ppl. it aint dead...its just being misrepresented.
I GUESS IM WHACK....because id rather write a song about situations in life, rather than comin up wit a fuckin dance and wasting 3 verses talkin bout it. 4real tho, if ur a dancer, than thats cool. but yo...err damn day its anotha one. and they all are da fuckin same. ther is a snap somewhere in it lmfao.
I GUESS IM WHACK.....because i feel dat da underground has all da talent. thats where da hunger is. SOME of da main stream has sold out time atfter time. i mean, just listen to da radio. most of yall dont know bout da behind da scenes politics involved wit radio play. there is a reason dat only 5 tracs get played over and over and over and over again on err station u turn to.
I GUESS IM WHACK....because id rather take my time and write a song or verse rather rather than rush thru it. 4real, some of yall feel dat anything u write is fire...nah fam...IT AINT!! there is a diff in a rapper and an artist. THINK ABOUT DAT!!!! let it marinate for a min.
I GUESS IM WHACK....cuz i dont run around da streets braggin bout myself and how hot i am lol. dats all opinion based upon what dat individual person wanna hear. cmon man...lol....yall some clowns lol. hell...half da fan support these days younger than18 dont really know what MUSIC is. they been caught up in all da publicity stunts and fake ass images dat is so heavy in da industry. im all about supportin ppl and what they do..but dont think imma jump on NOBODY dick!!!!
I GUESS IM WHACK....because i try my best to display my own talent. look, think about how many o these clowns are replying on a big name producer. think about how many songs u can identify just from da beat. think about how many tracs u know of dat da hook is da only words u know!! look at how many clowns are relying on an engineer to synthesize their voice or edit it with a computer. lol. THERE IS NO INDIVIDUAL TALENT INVOLVED with these cats. if u dont believe me...turn on da radio real quick. man, i wanna mention names so bad..but thats when im consodered a hater right? da truth is a muthafucka!!!
I GUESS IM WHACK....because i keep it real and dont get caught up wit da err day hype. yo...why do yall clowns feel dat rhymin bout a G5 or a rolls royce is hot? WHY LIE BOUT WHAT U GOT??? lol. especially u urr day ass nuccaz who is seen on da block walkin or wit a silver chain full of cubics? cmon now ppl!!!! lmao. this is mainly directed at my err day underground cats. we all workin a 9-5 TRYIN to make it to da next level. but, u whippin a bently...YEEAAAH RIGHT!!
I GUESS IM WHACK....because i give a fuck bout da movement. 4real, i feel most cats are raping da game of what it has to offer. yall more concerned bout gettin dat lil 6 figure deal..which, when its all said and done, comes out to gettin 5 figures..MAYBE!!! now yall in debt bcuz u wanna look for a sell out trac. lol. so, yall will rather will put out hott garbage..make da fans mad, now they say FUCK HIP HOP bcuz da ppl who get da opportunity to change shit or make a diff fall right into da same ole shit.
THERE IS MORE, BUT I DIDNT WANNA WRITE A WHOLE NOVEL. SOME OF YALL JUST READ THIS AND GOT A STRANGA FEELING IN DA BACK OF UR MIND. U PROB SEEN SUMTHIN DAT REMINDED U OF YASELF LOL. JUST ASK IF U WONDERIN IF IM TALKIN BOUT U!!! | ..>..>
I CREDIT MY LONG TIME FRIEND CAUTION FOR THIS.......... THIS IS SO TRUE HE HAD THE BALLS TO SAY WHAT ALOT OF PEOPLE THINK. HE IS A FIYAH ASS ARTIST AND I SUPPORT HIM 100%. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOU BE SAFE MY NIG (HE SERVING FOR YOU WHACK ASS NEGROS YEAH MILITARY MAN)
