Pre-production is done!
We're headed to the studio to lay down the tracks for our newest single called "Cast Away". We're so beyond stoked at this point cause its shaping up to be a life-changing - face-melting - mind-blowing track... even bigger. It doesn't even matter that its 8 AM and colder then a penguin skating on the shady side of an iceberg.... wait what?
So we got our buddies Chris Jay and Aaron Goldberg from the band Army of Freshmen out here producing and our long time friend Domenic Prinzivalli from M-Sound Studios in Philly (*check em out cough*) engineering and producing as well. This is gonna be the shit and I can't wait to play it for you.
Time to wake up the boys grab some Dunkin and roll out! Watch our twitter for some pic updates and maybe even some vids ;)
And oh yeah - if you text anyone in E4 (especially me) and I don't respond its not cause I don't love you but - NO CELL PHONES IN THE STUDIO!
...and if you have Dameon's number - don't provoke him. You know he'll smuggle one in and get distracted!

So anyway, we got tons of new material that is going to blow your mind.... Songs that we couldn't be prouder of (...wait prouder? more proud of? w/e). Straight up amazing songs that we HAVE to bring you. Recording is expensive and Dameon can't steal any money for a least another year cause I think he's still on probation :)
So we're selling white custom silicone wristbands that say 'Team Exit4' on them.

BRIAN FREDERICKS JOINS EXIT4
August 2009
Exit4 is very pleased to announce the addition of bassist
Brian Fredericks to the band’s lineup.
New York native Fredericks was introduced at his first show with the
band on Saturday August 15, 2009 in Voorhees, NJ. The addition comes after the departure of
previous bassist Brian Engler to pursue other projects. Fredericks comes from a guitar oriented background
and brings many years of playing experience to the group. Exit4 is extremely excited to get Fredericks
out there with more shows, a new album, and much more touring!
Everyone be sure to stop in and say hi to Brian on here and send him e-hugs and then real life hugs when you see him in person cause he's cute and cuddly and he'll love you forever :)

Hey Hey Hey,
So check it out - we're playing at Fusion in Cherry Hill, NJ on Saturday 6/27. We're super stoked because its gonna be a very very very very (did I say very) special one-time only reunion show... Dan Saraceni (my bro) whom you might know as the original bass player of Exit4 and the now singer/bass player of the band By Surprise! is stepping in and playing bass for us once again for this one night only!
You have to go... you DO NOT want to miss this!
So tell your boss you can't work, cancel your plans to see the new Transformers movie (actually just reschedule - def go see that like before the show or something) and get ready for the most amazing rock show of your life!

So anyway, if you haven't listened to the new Green Day... go do it cause its actually really good. Reminds me of thier older stuff which makes me happy!
In other news we are playing with The Scenic and Crash Boom Bang at Hangar 84 in Vineland NJ. It could be the greatest show ever and there is even a rumour that we may be playing a new song or two.... wait.... i make the set list.... and I started that rumour.... so I guess its not a rumor now kinda just a fact. But anyway we're really excited and can't wait to see everyone!

My all time favorite website ever reviewed our album - absolutepunk.net! It was pretty cool to log on like I do everyday and see it up there, so check it out. Some definitely killer comments mixed in with some heavy criticisms but either way I'm stoked! You all know how proud I am that this album even got finished let alone came out as great as I think it did!

So you may be wondering what its all about, we are gonna be there all weekend and here's whats up...
This is the second annual Cape May Singer Songwriter Festival. A conference for musicians with music showcases and performances at night Friday and Saturday.
Our buddy Chris will be hosting a panel along with Aaron called the "Major Label Dilemma" on Saturday at 2:30 that's free and open to the public.
But anyway you can hear performances of all kinds of great artists even Brendan Brown from Wheatus, Phil Cody, and Chris Barron from the Spin Doctors.
If you're around Friday night you have to check out our friends Sarah Ashleigh and Delany Gibson who will be doing a free show.
Then Saturday night is our night where we will be taking the stage and rocking Cape May. COMPLETELY FREE!!!!!! SO COME PARTY WITH US DOWN THE SHORE!!!!

So hey guys check this out:
Our buddy Tommy Avallone has directed a movie called "Community College" Its got all kinds of cool cameo's in it like Michael Ray Bower "Donkeylips" from Salute Your Shorts, Scotty Schwartz from Christmas Story and even our friend MC Lars.
"Community College" is a love story between four dudes and their ability to get free drinks. Need we say more?!?
The film is premiering at the Troc on 4/1 at 8:00. Its only $5 and you know you can't see a movie anywhere for 5 bucks anymore so def come check it out. We're stoked to see it cause its gonna be hilarious knowing Tommy. We'll all be there and you'll even hear some E4 in the film! Hell yeah!!!
