I have been listening to a lot of music on Jamendo, a website dedicated to music distributed with a CreativeCommons License.  I have recently started a podcast to share some amazing space music with whomever, and I have enjoyed discovering so much music legally.  (Surprise!  I'm very ethical.)

So, I am releasing my first CreativeCommons track, "Insight (Prologue)".  As long as you give "J.S. Epperson" credit, you are pretty much free to do whatever you want with the track except for sell it.

Howdy!

I've been pretty busy, lately.



I've been working on a really interesting project... a twofer, so to speak. I worked with Theresa Bullard, Ph.D. to create the music and binaural beat frequencies for an amazing guided imagery called Quantum Insight. The music is also available as the instrumental album Insight - A Theta Meditation.



Oh, and you can listen to Insight - A Theta Meditation as often as you like on Last.fm



WARNING! There are binaural beats, so do not listen while driving, operating heavy equipment or performing brain surgery or rocket science.

Last night, Lotus Dahlia Rose was hit by a car and killed instantly. She was 4 1/2.

Lotus was technically the cat of my neighbor, but she chose me as her companion. She followed me on walks, she slept on my sofa in the studio while I wrote meditation music and I was one of the few people she allowed to touch her.

I tracked down this video my neighbor ("the owner") made of her while he was watching TV with his friends. It's super cute right there at the end...

She will be missed...
