Las Vegas is so much more fun than LA (West Hollywood, Hollywood, Downtown, the Beaches).

The people are so nice here, the streets are so WIDE here (3-4 lanes on average in both directions, plus 1-2 left turn lanes), great stores, big parking lots...

There is also a great number of fine male models, who are truly good looking, without the haggard looks of LA stage/TV wannabees.

It has been an amazing week and a half here. Long over due, but I'm diving in head first!

I took some awesome nude photos of men in the 1980s, and I recently published 4 books featuring a representative sample of the models and some of the themes they posed in.

In 1987, a model came to my studio looking for his first and only shot in front of a camera.

A retail client had loaned to me some display window props, including a plastic pony.

One of my favorite photo shoots in 1988 was with a decorative ball and a very bright halogen lamp.

Also in the 1976-1988 period, I enjoyed the high contrast black & white photographic style, and I employed that technique to make models look like statues.
