Bank Holiday this weekend, and we've got plenty for you at Meltdown, with Colum Regan fresh from Summer Sundae, joined by David Mysterious and Miss Triflesky, and DJ Timfinity doing his thing inbetween. 

Doors open at 8, and we get to stay open later cause it's a Bank Holiday - woo!  And the summer's finally here - all in all should be a good weekend.

As usual, it's at Clwb, the doors open at 8, and will cost you a mere £5 (£4 concessions).

This Sunday, David Mysterious makes a rare appearance in Cardiff, playing his brilliant tunes on banjo and suitcase.  He's joined by Desensitized, Drunk Granny and a few more acts to be confirmed.  Timfinity will be playing records, unless I manage to take over.

Meltdown's first night of 2007 is kicking off in fine style with the mighty Threatmantics, a rare Cardiff appearance by the fabulous Pagan Wanderer Lu, Norway's Ring, beautiful Eirlys Rhiannon and the inimitable Mr and Mrs Clark.  The poster on this site is a bit out of date, but it's still 8 o clock next Sunday, 28th.  Doors open at 8 and it's a bargain £4 (£3 conc).
