Hey guys... This is Caleb (Boot to Head) just updating things a bit... we need all the help we can get on this upcoming THE SCURVIES/ FILTHY 42s tour, in terms of where are the best places to play, what promoters are good, where you, the fans want to see the band at, etc. etc... so please feel free to write either band or us at boot to head, and any information you have would help a lot.... this is the first big cross country wide tour for both bands!

Also, and this is a big request.... but we need houses, people, etc. to put both bands up each night so we can make this tour as smooth as possible.... if you got a place in the town of any of these shows and you want to help the bands out for a night or know someone who would, please get in touch...

Hey everyone, just an update on what's going on. We just got back from Cornerstone and it was awesome. Really awesome. Thanks to everyone who came to see us and thanks to all the bands we played with and hung out with. Couldn't have spent a week with a better gang o' people.

Our album Positively South Jersey should finally be coming out within the next week or two and we're going to have a record release show at Memories, so we're pretty excited about that.

We're also planning a tour with The Scurvies for November/December. It is going to be awesome and if anybody can help us out with shows/putting us up for the night we would really appreciate it..... well i guess that's it for now. see ya

Why, hello there. Just thought I'd write a little ditty about how things are going.... We are officially signed with Boot to Head Records now. And as some of you know, we've been working on our new album for quite sometime. It's been a lot of work, making the hike up to Queens, NY to record and whatnot. But trust me, it will all be worth it. Our producer, Reed Butterfield, has been awesome, and he has this record sounding amazing. He was even cool enough to make a trip down to ol' South Jersey for a week to record vocals in Chris' closet. We're just putting the final touches on the mix now. I can't give you a date yet, but it will be soon. We will be posting the new songs on our site very soon.

 

We're also planning  a January-March tour with our label-mates The Scurvies . It's going to be crazy fun. We really can't wait. So check back to the site for updates and jawn. Peace.

hey everyone. just giving everyone that cares a heads up on what we've been up to. we've been going up to long island every week to record with Reed Butterfield. he's pretty awesome and everything's coming along pretty well. we're finished drums and we're working on guitars right now. we're in the process of another name change for boot to head. "the strangers" is already taken by numerous bands. so once we settle on a name (it's a lot harder than you'd think) and finish recording we'll be playing out a whole lot to promote everything. well that's it for now. keep checking back for more crazy awesome-o power new things.

We are going to be signing with the label that brought you bands like The Stivs, Crux, and the infamous Blaster the Rocketboy... BOOT TO HEAD RECORDS! We are going to be recording our first album coming up in October and we are very excited. We have a bunch of new songs and are really eager to get them down. So, check up on that in the near future.
