The legendary Master of House brings his unique musical vision to present another exciting chapter in the 3D series…

Whether it’s hosting and playing legendary 7/8 hour sets at his ‘Release Yourself’ parties in Pacha, Ibiza and around the world; compiling and mixing an annual compilation of the same name, or producing as himself or the S-Man, there’s no question Roger Sanchez is one of house music’s most revered ambassadors.

Aside from running his own label (Stealth), supporting house from the ground-roots up, Roger has also found time to remix some of the world’s best artists such as Madonna, Micheal Jackson, Jamiroquai, Alicia Keys, Daft Punk and many, many more… Put simply, the S-Man was tailor-made for 3D!

And he doesn’t disappoint…

'This is the first compilation outside of my own Release Yourself series I've done in a long time, and I was excited by the opportunity to do something different, as presented by the Renaissance 3D mix. I feel this captures the essence of the many different vibes I have, be it on the dancefloor, in the studio or at home.” – Roger Sanchez

We first catch-up with Roger in the club for a current snapshot of his live club sets, drawing on friends and producers such as India, D.O.N.S., Outwork, Wally Lopez, Hatiras and Richard Grey. The result is archetypal Sanchez, a heady mix of soul, funk and electro.

As we follow him to the studio, Roger presents his seminal remix of the legend that was Barry White alongside key favourites such as Carl Kennedy, Artificial Funk and A Tribe Called Es. The rest of the disc accurately portrays his incredibly prolific studio output, fittingly spear-headed by his crossover smash ‘Another Chance’.

Finally, Roger takes us home for an eclectic musical travelogue that begins on the tranquil shores of Ibiza with Afterlife’s ‘Clear Blue Sky’; jumps across Europe to enjoy the cream of Britain’s electronic artists, Massive Attack and Finlay Quaye and, later, looks a little closer to his Manhatten home by way of Black Science Orchestra’s ‘New Jersey Deep’. He adopts some Gallic charm via Daft Punk before winding things-up in true festival mosh-pit style with the Klaxons seminal ‘Not Over’ cover.

Renaissance 3D: Roger Sanchez is out 26th January 2009 in the UK and early Feb through the rest of the world

Roger made a fantastic "Release" mix on Agent Greg vs Audiopunch ft.
Nanchang Nancy - Symphony of Love. The Instrumental version was already handpicked by Roger for his Release Yourself Vol 6 compilation. Roger liked it so much that he signed it for his own Stealth Records. The release is near so keep you eyes open on Rogersanchez.com or Stealth.com for the releasedate.

In 2004, the collaboration between the S-Man and DJ Oliver resulted in their Transatlatins moniker. Mysteriosa was a great deep club track and released on Stealth Records. Now, 4 years later they got together in the studio again and they managed to get the legendary India for the vocals. Roger tried and tested the track in Pacha this season and hammered it all over the globe. DJ's have been screaming for it and the fans are debating when it finally comes out. Well, your prayers have been heard. The track is finally available as part of the bundle:
The Best Of Stealth 2008. We Can't Live Without Music can we?

There is a good chance you have seen the "Tribes" series on your local network, where Bruce Parry visits inland tribes from all corners of the world and displays their unique way of life, religions and music.

His new series Amazon Tribe, started this week on BBC 2, and as part of a charity project from Survival International in corporation with BBC Television and Bruce Parry, many artists contributed to the digital album, called: Bruce Parry presents: AMAZON TRIBE  - Songs For Survival.

All artists were only given recordings Parry's team made whilst visiting each individual tribe. Roger had no hesitations and delivered his "Roger Sanchez feat. The Adi Tribe – Noneya". You can't have missed this tune visiting the Release Yourself nights during the summer or checking the S-Man's radio shows and podcasts.

Other artists who contributed were: Mike Oldfield, Adam Freeland, Way Out West and many others. For more information on this unique charity project or to pre-order the album, due for release the 6th of October, please visit:

Martin Solveig- I Want You-Laidback Luke mx

Great remix by my main man Luke. Boy, he is remixing his ass off this
year. And if you're thinking is he ever going to deliver less
interesting remixes now? Well, HELL NO ! This is a killer track which
went down amazingly last monday. Luke is conquering my CD wallet big
time and there is no stopping him. Everytime i see this guy he is
giving me a stack of released and unreleased material. Big thumbs up
from me.
