"Pyromantic Pleasures" was posted via Tunefeed.com, however it is now posted via the MySpace player, the song hosted through the Legendary Kingdoms MySpace page. A third party player will be added soon.
About the song itself. "Pyromantic Pleasures," like most songs, evolved a bit in the making. I, Ace Herostratus Warloch, wrote the basic foundation of this song with the help of Brent Sammann (original drummer). However, Brent joined the army and was sent to Afghanistan, Kosovo and I forget where else. While Brent was bravely serving country this song was re-recorded with help from vocalist Jason Hickman (Dread Veil), drummer Cole Cameron (Schizopathic) and guitarist Steve Dahl (Human A.D).
In the end everyone involved put their stamp on the song in one way or another. They also made valuable suggestions like "take out the smokey the bear is now smoked medium rare lyric - it's too cheesy." And that is how the bass lick got thrown into the "Burn Burn Burn" bridge section.

The Ankhtion symbol you see on what will most likely be the Herostratus demo cover is a combination of the Egyptian ankh which is a symbol for life and a question mark which is the only symbol I could find for the meaning of life. The bottom of the Ankhtion is a key. As well you know, keys open all kinds of doors: real, metaphorical, philosophical, virtual, imaginary and so on.
I will probably write more about this later, such as why I created and chose such a symbol and what it all means. However, for right now I hope I have answered your questions.
The Ankhtion symbol is the permanent sigil of both Herostratus and Ace Warloch.

Ace Warloch: The first reason is because I didn't know there were different types of accounts when I signed up. However, after this was pointed out to me I ultimately decided to stick with this account because I only have full access to all the MySpace functions while I'm at work where I created this page (shhhhh...). My home computer still uses a DOS based operating system. Yes, I realize I am probably the last person on earth still using DOS. However, I don't have the funds to upgrade right now.
Addendum: Since I originally wrote this I have managed to upgrade to a much better computer. And now with third party players so prevalent I don't feel it is necessary to switch to a music account; not to mention that all announcements will be posted through the Legendary Kingdoms MySpace page as well.
