Current mood:  aroused
Long days and longer nights in a undisclosed rural setting are bringing about a morph in the sound of what was TG...
If you are curious enough about us to click this blog, then you deserve to know that we are all in high spirits over the sounds.  Some strange things be going on round here.  Look forward to a rebirth.

Hello curious blog clicker,

What is happening to the green?

This is a question that nobody can answer.  Our offical last gigs of the material we have played up until now happening at the end of October in Lewes.

During those final gigs we did record and film, so there is a product in the making for memento's sake.

From here on in we are taking a creative leap.  Like Humpty, it is possible that we are egg, and you know how that one is.  Or perhaps the group is more like one of those super bouncey balls that your mom makes you play with outside.

Only time will tell.

Love,
Dunstan xxx

P.S.
Having said that, we are keeping our committment to the grand master of great venue and music lover extrodinare Niel in Bath for his birthday bash.  He was one of the first to generously show his enthusiasm and support for our music and the behaviour that comes along with it and, even though he should have barred us many years ago, he is still as supportive as ever.  So for him alone the universe makes an exception.

Jeff Hemmings in Latest 7 Magazine, Brighton wrote;

"Last on a triple bill that included the excellent Big Hairy Band and The Drookit Dogs, Turning Green took full advantage of a relatively big venue and stage to get the audience bouncing and grooving with abandon. This four piece make manic, offbeat, acid fried songs that are constantly erupting with sunny beats, harmonies, riffs and an engaging onstage presence. The sheer energy of the show, from the acapella beginning to the piano bashing finale was thrilling to watch. Look out for their album What Have We Done, out now on Elguarto records" * * * * *
