GlobalGathering’s line-up reads like the who’s who of electronic music. Promising a euphoric weekend filled with dirty beats and colossal bass lines, live headliners The Prodigy, Orbital, and Pendulum will be joined by DJs gods Paul van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren, David Guetta, Sasha, Erol Alkan across a whole host of different stages and arenas. With Carl Cox and Tiga playing UK festival exclusives, GlobalGathering is set to be this summers hottest ticket around.

The two-day camping weekender takes place at the height of summer on 24th- 25th July attracting 55,000 musos and style aficionados alike to Shakespeare’s Stratford upon Avon. Over 100 artists will play the sixteen stages, arena and terraces delivering an unforgettable music marathon.

The mightiest ambassadors from the dance music alumni will also be representing the likes of:

• Richie Hawtin’s techno vibes will send temperatures rising by delivering a trademark set
• Fabio and Grooverider will deliver one of their legendary back to back Drum and Bass sets
• Above And Beyond will unleash their uplifting trance productions

Back by overwhelming demand are the Global Gathering temples of dance including the Carl Cox 24-7 Global Arena, headed by the genius Carl Cox, Bedrock Arena which will see John Digweed joined by his label mates and the likes of Josh Wink in the Electric Arena, Polysexual Arena, Random Concept Arena where you’ll find Andy C, Nicky Blackmarket and Chase and Status joined by the most respected MCs in the UK, and the Spectrum Arena with the uber-credible electro-breakbeat crews.

More than any other electronic music festival GlobalGathering combines awe-inspiring music with a super honed and slick production operation. This year’s campsite is once again the equivalent size of 50 football pitches and all guests can enjoy full facilities plus a breakfast bar.

PIONEERS OF ELECTRONIC MUSIC UNITE: THE PRODIGY, ORBITAL AND PENDULUM HEADLINE

Global Gathering today reveals the magnetic headliners set to make waves at this summer’s festival. Set to cause a commotion this year will be electronic heavy weights The Prodigy, Kings of improvised techno Orbital, and bullish beat maestros Pendulum.

Expect some heavy beats and high energy hooks at this year’s Global Gathering Festival as 55,000 people congregate at the Long Marston Airfields for a two day, non-stop electronic music weekender that brings together the world’s greatest live and DJ talent. The festival takes place at the height of summer and is set apart by its commitment to next generation technology with inter-galactic visuals and sound systems guaranteed to take the crowd “to another dimension”.

Global Gathering throws open its gates from Friday 24th until 25th July. Electronic music aficionados and the world’s most glamorous clubbing cognoscenti abandon themselves to a euphoric marathon of aural ecstasy from all ends of the dance spectrum including House, Trance, Leftfield, Breaks and so much more.

The Prodigy renowned for classics such as “Firestarter”, “Breathe” and “Smack My Bitch Up” are the ultimate rave renegades. With fans such as Prince William and Harry, this year’s Global Gathering may be the first to have a royal stamp of approval. The devilish trio, Liam, Keith and Maxim are renowned for their high-octane shows. There is no doubt their headline performance will have an ocean of fans dancing and jumping together for one of those never to be forgotten festival moments.

Time lords, Orbital, will be celebrating their twentieth anniversary with their headline show at this year’s Global Gathering. With fifteen years of active service and a back catalogue of roof-raising anthems such as “Chime” and “Belfast”, Orbital are masters at building crowds into a frenzy of excitement. Mixing euphoric dance gems with perfectly placed samples of Bon Jovi, Belinda Carlisle and Ian Dury, they deliver a wicked sense of humour to their sets that never fail to impress.

Having tasted their first bit of success following a remix influencer and co-headliners, The Prodigy, track Voodoo People, Pendulum single-handedly conquered the world of drum and bass in their first twelve months together. The Australian trio relocated to the UK after taking the charts by storm. Their rock-fuelled brand of drum and breaks has helped win them a much broader audience than most drum and bass acts.
