$600/month - Normally I'd charge $600/month - but now a little less than that, you need to see the place then negotiate - I am remodeling the Kitchen and it is an inconvenience.
All Bills Paid - gas, electric, water/trash pickup, ATT Uverse wireless internet and basic cable.
Rent Due on the 1st of each month, prorated for the first month based on move in date.
Must not have:
Kids
Pets
Drugs
Bad Attitude
Smoking = outside only
Relatives or guests that stay over often
Must have:
Job (or generous trust fund) and the ability to pay on time
Transportation - I don't drive anyone anywhere
Ability to do ones own dishes and clean up after themselves in common areas

Saw this last weekend, what a cool movie.
This was a really good
movie because it wasn't anything like I expected. It was gritty and
dirty. The aliens looked pretty cool and the alien technology rocked.
I didn't want it to end
I really hope there is a directors cut with about 20-30 more minutes in it.
In the top 5 movies of the year.

recently. It was my second camera body and my 50mm prime lens. I'll really miss the

It was a great lineup, all the bands rocked. Had a great time. Rivethead's set was great, they played songs off the new cd of course and more. Bought a copy of the cd and listened to it on the way home.

Friday, got to go to Austin for the first time ever, which is crazy since I've lived in TX for so long... saw the Transistor Tramps at Headhunters which was great... I shoud have some pics up soon.
Then come back to Dallas for the 4th thinking it was gonna kinda suck, but got to hang all night with someone that always makes me happy. More of that in the future will always be a good thing.

If you happened to see, or better yet, purchase a copy of the new Puncture DVD - RE-AKTIVATED, you will see two very promenently placed photos that I took on the DVD packaging. The front cover of Rick -  and the big picture on the back of Mike -  I also went and and saw their show last night at the Rock Star bar in Ft Worth - it was great, and I got a copy of the DVD - it's great too. So check it out - buy one you will like it.

Had a great time watching the show put on by the Transistor Tramps and Opus Dai. There was also a bunch of other bands I didn't really get the names of but they filled the place with background noise so that's cool.
