Last night's Garage Rock Revival was so pure and wild as to almost implode! Superhorse ripped through 12 songs in full fuzzed out glory. We preached the power of rock and got the audience revved up. Tiger Tiger! brought the spirit into the room with their sultry pounding beats and switchblade guitars. The Fleshtones raised the roof proving that the power of rock and roll is a super power that threatens to overwhelm. The sheer joy of playing and superb showman ship from the band wrestled with the powers of chaos to deliver the goods with class and fury! Thanks for being there! We will rock you

Superhorse keyboard player Jason Anderson got a rare treat Friday night. As keyboardist for local songwriting wizard Luke Mitchell(who also utilizes the talents of Superhorse guitarist Kevin F. Rose), Jason was sharing a bill with the great Junior Brown. Apparently they had such a good time just chilling out before the show that Mr. Brown actually started 25 minutes late. It was well worth the wait though as Junior ripped a sweet twangy set of badass country goodness. A Fantastic time was had by all

Superhorse guitarist Kevin F. Rose, and frontman, Keith Kozel are currently preparing for the annual Halloween Bash @ Savannah's "The Jinx" club. Their mind blowing 90's freakrock band GAM is headlining this crazed event, which has become a tradition over the past 5 years.Diehard Fans from around the country travel to Savannah to witness this intense show every year. Halloween has become GAM's only performance since their hiatus from high profile touring, and it is a show that is guaranteed to deliver the kind of bizarre theatrical mayhem that brought them the cult status they still hold today. Come one come all to the show, but leave your egos behind A face melting blast of punk psychedelica Friday October 31st @ The Jinx Midnight!!!

This Saturday, July 19th, Superhorse proudly celebrates their second-ever CD with a live show and release party at The Jinx in downtown Savannah.
Country Lovin' is a five-song blast of twangy, C & W-inspired garage rock -- featuring guest appearances by members of The Drive-By Truckers and Widespread Panic's side project band Barbara Cue.
It also features the first-ever lead vocal by lead guitarist Bob Holmen on any official Superhorse record.
The EP will be available on traditional CDs as well as in the increasingly popular digital download format, and retails for $5. However, at this special July 19th show only, everyone through the door will receive a copy for free!
Opening for Superhorse will be the most excellent Columbia, S.C. roots-rock band AMERICAN GUN, who have just released their own acclaimed sophomore CD.
The show starts at 10 pm for those 21+, with Superhorse going on around 11:30 pm. Cover is only $10 (which includes the new CD).
We'll be playing old favorites, plus the entire new country EP, and debuting new songs that will be included on our next full-length noise-rock album.
Hope to see you there - and thanks for supporting independent artists!
Yer pals, SUPERHORSE
p.s. You can preview the track "Walkin'" off the new country EP right now at our MySpace page - some say it sounds more like our live shows than anything else we've ever released!

Hey there Superfriends,
The band has been laying low for a while now, working on our next two records.
We're making substantial progress, and whereas it took us over 12 years to release our debut CD, it looks like we'll have both a twangy "country" EP as well as another full-length rock record out in the next few months!
However, it seemed like it was time to emerge from the dark and solitary confines of the beloved Elevated Basement Studio to blow off a little steam.
This Saturday, the 15th of September, we'll play our first live show in almost 6 months (and our last gig till 2008).
We can't tell you who the opening act will be for reasons of international security, but we can tell you that Superhorse will go on around 11:30 pm.
We'll be playing old favorites, as well as debuting a couple of new songs from our forthcoming records.
We'll have copies of our first CD "The High Impedance Majesty of Superhorse" on sale, as well as some cool new shirts designed for us by Tadd Trueb of MURMUR Magazine.
Please come out, say hi and raise a glass. It should be a blast...

Hey everyone, Superhorse crawls out from under its own bed next Friday night (2/16/07) to blow the roof off of the ballroom of American Legion Post #135 at the corner of Bull St. and Park Ave. by the Forsyth Park tennis courts! We're co-headlining a massive bill of local rock & roll and blues acts, and a full 100% of all the proceeds go to help out our good friend, Savannah drummer Jesse Jordan, who broke his leg severely in a bad fall a few weeks back and won't be able to work or play drums for most of 2007. This is definitely gonna be the biggest event in local music in a very long while. Tickets are on sale now, and they're going fast. Find out who else is playing, all the details, and how to get your very own ticket at: the official Tiny Team Concerts websiteSeriously, though, don't miss this show. Our friends at Tiny Team Concerts are also gonna be giving away over $1,000 in prizes all night long. See you there? See you there! - Superhorse

Happy New Year, Superfriends!
Feel free to grab a special unreleased demo of one of the band's latest numbers - "It's A Revolution Mutha" from our MySpace Jukebox.
All instruments on this home recording were played and tracked by Keith and Gene, and while a full-band version will likely appear on our next full-length CD sometime in late 2007, this should hold you till then...
Make sure to swing by our re-designed website www.superhorseband.info, and let your friends know that our debut CD is now available for sale there, as well as on both iTunes and CDBaby.com.
Keep it between the ditches and let your freak flag fly!

It's been far too long since the The Mustang mounted the Hammond and roared onto Congress Street...
Next Saturday, July 22nd, Superhorse plays a full-on electric show at The Jinx, with one of our fave opening acts, the GREAT Leslie from Charleston, S.C.!
Contrary to what you may have heard, our frontman WON'T be bashing his head in with a beer bottle this time. We've found him a Nerf anvil at Big Lots...
Show starts between 10 and 10:30 pm, with Superhorse onstage around midnight. If you don't have a copy of our debut CD yet (And why the fuck not? Are you too cheap or something that you've got to burn that shit from a friend? We need French toast money!), bring some extra $$$$, 'cuz we'll have 'em for sale, along with new shirts, buttons and whatnot.
