FlyingV with R5 Productions and rizumu Present
Bonde Do Role


Jan. 27th West Philadelphia, PA - Thursday, March 29th 2007, FlyingV Presents with R5 Productions and rizumu present Bonde Do Role at Danger! Danger!, voted best DIY venue in Citypaper's Best of Philly 2007. Also performing will be Philly's own Plastic Little, Pink Skull, DaveP, Thomas The Obscure, Nick Lally, DJ heavy Flow, and Baltimore's OCDJ, part of Wham City.

This show will be part of Bonde Do Role's first tour in the states. Bonde Do Role were discovered in Brazil and were the first to sign to Diplo's Mad Decent label. An art-school take on baile funk, pairing the biggest, silliest samples ever with comically dirt shout-rapped Portuguese lyrics. After a successful New Years Eve Eve show, FlyingV is back again at Danger! Danger! mixing things up by collaborating with rizumu once again. And this time also helping out is R5 Productions. FlyingV and rizumu have a history of bringing together live music and DJs for one night of partying. This time, DaveP, Nick Lally, and rizumu's Thomas The Obscure will be spinning records upstairs all night, while Bonde Do Role will be headlining downstairs in the basement with Plastic Little, Pink Skull, OCDJ, and DJ Heavy Flow.
