The Fugues.

As a kid I got totally stunned at my first listening of Bachs Musical Offering. I remember almost crying hearing the 6 part Ricercare lost in the perfect conduct of the voices. My passion for fugues has never fails since then.
I could have uploaded an all you can eat fugues buffet here. I use to write them like others might solve Sudokus , crosswords or solitaire card game.  Here are two of them (I don't want to bore to death those of you that does'nt  feast on intellectual acrobatics).

But if you want more, well, there's a really big bunch of them where that came from.

My 7th string Quartet in C minor.

Started last years summer my C minor quartet has become my never ending project so far. All four movement are sketched up but my crazy illustration life prevent me from working on it has I would.

posted so far is part of the first movement (until development which is about to be uploaded). Here Im focusing on my C-C#-B-C / G-Ab-F#-G or in major with the minor second becoming a real second (Im telling you this knowing that no one care for intensive cellular motif writing anymore, except me and some advent garde composers)

The second movement is in Db
The third , a double fugue in B
And the forth in C minor.

Hopefully, you understand now the big picture and with luck, Ill be able to upload all this before 2017.

My music has no future.

I always been painfully aware that what I like music wise has been over for a century or so. I never had any ambition of getting any of this publish or record and from an early age Ive been writing string quartet and other piano work for myself, never to be heard.

My musical activity is a hobby that suffers my time consuming real job: I draw Comics for a living.

Yet, here I am.

Ha well, at least that is an avenue to exteriorize it.
