well............Its all change really, ive been concentrating for the last few month writing for my new band which will be soon ready and you can have a listen! im so excited about it, as soon as its ready ill let you no FO SURE!

Hey people! im still here!! sorry for not doing one of these in AGES!!!! its pathetic i know, i am sorry, really sorry.soooooo WHATS NEW?!! christmas was fun yea? was good for me went to folkestone saw me family, which was lovely. I got a wok and some pants for christmas im pretty chuffed with that, thought i did alright. What did you get?, dunno if you can top wok pants. Overall christmas was amazing, had too much to eat!!!!! watched too much telly but really enjoyed it. Hey everybody, hope you're all cool!!!!!!!  amazing.

I'm really good thanks for asking, I'm in Derby and its the last night of the tour which is sad but also exciting. It's been so much fun, sad its ending, seems like were all getting into the swing of it now.

It has been sweet though, thanks to all the people helping on the way, also the people who enjoyed the show and said hello after, and all the press peeps who all have been really sweet.  

I feel really good and happy about things, im so excited about the single coming out so you can get it. I'm so proud of it, I can't wait to see it in a shop, its gonna look so hot.  It's red vinyl...   A-MAZE-ING.

Got a few shows I think in December to keep me busy, so keep your eyes peeled.  Should be super fun. The industry show on the 27th is gonna be amazing so please come and say hello.

Anyway I'm gonna go and rock out in Derby and see out the tour in style...

love it thanks to all the peeps who signed the mailing list and all that jazz, and all the wonderfull street teamers you make me smile. the tour has been sweet!!! everyones been really nice. im on a new mission to get hEALTHY (sorry hit caps) been gym'in it and running and stuff, quit the fags!!!!!!! its been really fun actually if ever you wanna race let me no and we'll race.

the automatic boys are safe, they put up with my drunken antics. we went a party the other day after the show and every1 was taking part in the cracker challenge, frost holds the tour record for 2.07 mins to eat 5 crackers, trust me thats mentally fast. think theyve all been videod and will end up on youtube, naz did ok, im still in training to compete but will post my time once ive done it.

so a quick hello to all the comp winners x Thanks again to the peeps who came to see me on this tour, its so amazing seeing people sing your tunes back to you. its what its all about.
