Every once in a while on a Sunday night in Greensboro, you can hear these boys get down, for free.

Last night just before dinner, we visited the grave site of Ommie Wise. She's buried in a Quaker graveyard just off Highway 220 near Pleasant Garden. It's a rare experience to visit the grave of a woman whose tragic story was told through this Old Time song. Ommie was an Indian girl, who was murdered by her lover.

Every morning at the start of my day, Bigsby, the official mascot at King's English puts on this little show. You go little man.

I was a little surprised when Tonya said "I'm not one for stretching." As a personal trainer and pilates instructor, she explained that to your muscles, stretching is a lot like stretching a rubber band. Over time it gets worn out. instead, she has her clients warm up for work outs with this active stretch.
