Thrash is back!

We can now say we have a new drummer! All I can say for now is that he is a Thrash Machine! But we will announce the new official line-up when we will select the vocalist..... keep you posted

...so the rumor is true, juan (vocals) and josef (drums) are no longer part of Angelcrypt. The last few months clearly showed us that we no longer belonged together. After all these years of trying to maintain a steady line-up, it all kept accumulating till it all exploded in one band meeting. It was clear that we were'nt after the same goals. Angelcrypt will still go on after finding appropriate replacements. Auditions for both posts has begun. If you think that any post is for you just send us an sms or call on 99887829 and we will be happy to meet you. The Angelcrypt style will now surely evolve as the remaining members are the "hard section" which always opted for thrash/death music whilst the now ex-members liked the power/melodic style. So we are now very open in vocals style. No matter what age or musical experience one has, just sms us and we will welcome you for the audition. Sometimes talent is found in the least expected persons whom not even themselves know that they have it! We hope that we will be back on track with a new line-up as soon as possible to conquer the stage once again. We thank you all for your everlasting support in this difficult time. We wish to thank all those who attended the Contradiction gigs.  They were nights to remember!! Totally awesome.  Contradiction delivered two incredible shows and showed us what really German thrash metal is made of!!  Also a big thanks goes to the supporting bands who also put up really great performances. Also we wish to thanks the venues and soundmen who helped us out in making these gigs possible.  The final big thanks goes to the Contradiction guys who are really fun to be with but most important who made it all the way to Malta and blasted our stages!

Big big big news coming soon.....

Angelcrypt Productions is a new venture for Angelcrypt. We set up this "organisation" which specialises in organising gigs/concerts here in Malta for foreign metal bands. We take care of everything from lodging for bands, car hire, promotion on radio, tv, newspapers and magazines, venue bookings, supporting bands, sound and all that a gig/concert requires. Also after gig Malta excursions. Our debut band will be the German legends of thrash "Contradiction" who will be playing in Malta at Remedy Rock club on the 24th of April and at Play Rock on the 25th.

Our german friends Contradiction will be playing a double bill in Malta on the 24th April at Remedy together with Angelcrypt and Insurgence and the 25th April at Play Rock with X-Vandals and Thy Legion. Contradiction are a german thrash metal band whom for many of you do not require any introduction. Complete european tour with OVERKILL, "special guest" of SACRED REICH, playing at the Wacken open air, the first german Metalband ever to completely tour Iceland, are just some highlights of their career.
