I just watched A Face in the Crowd, and holy crap is that a good movie.
Released in 1957, this movie was definitely ahead of it's time. Very modern feeling in it's style and themes now 50 years later. If it were released today, Andy Griffith would win an Oscar. Just...a great, great movie. Inspires me as a filmmaker.
