Quick update:  Below are the links to our second video update from the tracking of our brand new record, plus two songs (Better Half & Bulletproof) from when we opened for Cartel back in December at The Masquerade.  The sound quality is lacking, but it shows how much fun we had, at least!  We hope to have our third video update ready and posted by late this week or early next week, which will be longer and more in depth.  Since I can't imbed the videos for some reason, just click on the links below.

We've decided to do some video updates throughout our recording process!  We're only a few days in, but this is where we're at so far!   There will be a lot more to come in the next few weeks...

We apologize for the delay in our new record.  The truth is, we took a step back recently and decided to make sure that everything was written the way we really wanted it to be written, so that's taken a little longer than we anticipated. 

On top of that, since we have our own studio, we've recently upgraded on a ton of our equipment and have decided to start from scratch as far as recording goes.  This is just so every song can sound just as good as the others. 

Next weekend we'll begin about two weeks worth of tracking, and we're all really excited to hear what will all come of it.  In the meantime, we're taking a little hiatus from shows so we can focus on finishing this up.  We promise this record will be worth the wait!

Hey everyone!

Chris here.  Just wanted to drop everyone a note about where Asher and Quick stands at the moment. 

First of all, if you came out and saw us open up for Cartel a few weeks ago, then thank you SO MUCH for showing your support!  If you saw us for the first time at the show and liked it, then we hope to see you at more shows in the future!  We had so much fun and want to do it again in the near future!  Also, we added a bunch of new pictures from the show to our page, so check it out!

As far as the new EP, we're still writing and recording as we go.  We're about halfway done with the first three songs, and hoping that we can finish a total of six before its release.  Since it's all recorded on our own, we can pretty much go at our own pace so we're roughly aiming for a March release date, we hope.  Of course we'll combine the release with a huge show with a lot of free stuff, a bunch of other great bands, and obviously an awesome afterparty.

Well there's been a lot going on behind the scenes with A&Q lately!  We've gotten a new singer/guitarist, a 2nd lead guitarist, and a ton of shows lined up around the Atlanta area.  If you're up for seeing some great local shows, we're lucky enough to be playing with some awesome bands in the upcoming months.  Specifically the following:

November 22nd @ The Masquerade with Esme, 1994 and Seven Story Fall

December 19th @ The Masquerade with Cartel, Holiday Parade, and Trances Arc

January 23rd @ The Local with Esme, 1994, and Love Like This (fka Kenotia)

Come see us and these other great bands!  We have other shows coming up as well, which will always be listed on this myspace page. 

We've got a ton of merchandise that we have available, and we're working on getting an online store set up so you can purchase shirts, hoodies and our current EP.  But until then, feel free to email us and we'll give you instructions on getting your hands on some cool stuff for cheap!  All our stuff will always be available at our shows too, of course.

And finally, we're at the beginning stages of writing and recording a brand new EP!  We have no set release date quite yet, but believe us when we tell you that it'll blow you away!  Stay tuned!
