to hear us play Transparent Seas aka the long song. We've been playing it for about a year and anyone who's still interested come on the 29th or you will never see it again. Some doors need to be shut tight in order for new doors to open.
We will also be playing some old favorites that night, a song from Galapagos, 2 songs from Volucris and one from our first album and the queen song. We will start at 10:30pm and be done around 11:30 pm, this is pretty much our european set of one hour. The opening bands should be amazing so you should arrive at 9pm.
Oh yeah $5 for entry and free if you wear a halloween costume.
This will be filmed and recorded by Pete Lyman for a future release so come join our party, it may be the last you see of us for a year or more.... thanks !!!
one more thing
we'll have
the new Radian Futura Vinyl (180 gm) on Thinwrist
some t-shirts by Rob Sato in various colors
and hopefully our split w. the amazing Honey Rides me a Goat on vinyl as well. So bring money, we're blowing out the shirts.

While we have probably 1/2 the dates set we still could use a little help to finish up any blank spots, so if you're an european band or booker or whatever that can help tiddy up our schedule please get in contact asap. Your help is appreciated.
We really need help in Berlin, some of France and bordering countrys. Get in contact so we can bring this version of euro-trash art rock back to it's proper roots. thanks..

Current mood:  sympathetic
I'm not gonna lie, I remember the motown performance like it happened yesterday.. It was probably the most amazing thing I had ever seen at that time, and almost certainly left the first of many marks that cemented my love of music. Can't speak for the rest of the guys but I love Michael Jackson... we always talked about doing a Thriller collage , like the Ruins did w/ the 70's hard rock and classical, maybe now we can.. RIP
ps here's hoping that MJ gets the same treatment as Elvis, all that chaos swept under the rug in order to celebrate what he did contribute as a musical force and cultural icon, I grew up in the 80's so it was Devo, Michael Jackson then Van Halen, I don't belive anyone that says they don't like Thriller or Off the Wall, unless they're metal then no explanation is required...

Current mood:  tired
first off we are not playing thursday night at the Scene but that is a very good show everyone that was planning on going should go, i will go as some very good friends are playing.
Thanks again to everyone that came out to see us, the people that drove several hours, slept in their cars etc... all that effort is really appreciated. Thanks to all the amazing bands that played w/ us, it was a very eyeopening experience, I truly feel blessed to have shared bills and short tours w/ Ahleuchatistas, and Clan of the Cavebear this time around. And we're fortunate enough to be on some amazing bills.. including the Brotzmann bill w/ Yowie and Ahleuchatistas, that is still my favorite show we've been apart of. But the Chicago bill w/ Neosho + Thymme and Dylan Posa 3 cheers was also a spellbinding and humbling experience. Thanks to all the bands that booked us and paid us too much money and then gave us a place to sleep. Thanks to all the friends that came out and family that came out and fed us and support us, we couldn't have gone thru this tour w/out all the warmth shown towards us from coast to coast. Hope to see you all again soon, but for now, sleep... and gearing up for Europe, also Lakers!!! World champs!!
love from all of us.
ps America is still very big
