Amidst rolling thunders of noise and expression comes a genuine sense of emotion, an honest reflection of the musician's motivation to separate the body from the music, an attempt to eliminate distraction and intensify the experience of a gigantic wall of noise. This is Mindfuckingboy's latest pressed CD album released in September just in time for his three-month long European tour. The self-titled collection houses 5 tracks. The release is an ode to the kind of noise that reminds the listener that there is a connection between matter and abstraction, that noise is not "noisy" as much as it is stimulating. Altogether clocking a total of 48 minutes 53 secs , the music moves through enormous dynamics. This listener has realized that at this crazy volume and amount of density, unexpected surprises manage to make themselves heard and the many levels and layers that go into each sound. Yet Minfduckingboy does not fall into the trap of assuming constant aural bombardment. The tracks on the album are a variation that keep true to his idea of harsh noise, that is, creating a sonic space that allows the music to have a hidden, private discourse, creating something radical, solid and self-sustained. The last song "Immaculate" is a collaboration with Kismett who injects the musician's sound aesthetics with a flavour that might surprise previous listeners. They are currently on tour together.
