A message from my other musical entity: Fireside Bellows

Hello there fine people,

After forming a duo less than a year ago, It is with great pleasure that we, Fireside Bellows
(aka Jordie Lane & Tracy McNeil) ,
can announce that our debut album entitled "No Time To Die",
will be released nationally(Australia) next month, in stores Saturday 15th November,
 through vitamin distribution, http://www. vitamin. net. au.


And to celebrate we will be having a very special Melbourne Album Launch the following
Sunday 23rd November
at The Northcote Social Club (ARVO SHOW).

The launch will feature some of Melbourne's finest players who appeared on the record:
Garrett Costigan-pedal steel, Liz Stringer-Banjo, Andy Baylor-Fiddle, Stevie Hesketh-Keys, and many more.
We are delighted that Suzannah Espie, and Red Fish Bluegrass will be opening the show,
and the arvo will be hosted by comedian Denise Scott.
Doors open at the very civilized hour of 2:30pm, show kicks off at 3pm. So you can be home for your Sunday Roast by 7pm.

Melbourne International Arts Festival, Spiegeltent Shows announced !!
We're very excited to announce that we have been invited to be part of this year's Melbourne International Arts Festival,
with 2 shows at The Famous Spiegeltent, October 9,& 10.
This will be a very special line up featuring almost all of the musicians who played on the fourth coming album,
including Jeff Lang on guitars, Grant Cummerford on Bass, Ash Davies on Drums, Steve Hesketh ..s and Grand Piano,

It's been almost a year since a Jordie Lane Band show in Melbourne, So finally he will bring together a brand new group to play a headline at The Empress on Saturday 9th August.



After just finishing the long anticipated debut album 'Sleeping Patterns', produced by the Aria Award winning team of Jeff Lang & Tim Hall, Jordie and the band will preview some of his new material from the record.


Featuring Steve Hesketh ..s (Jet, Spicks & Specks), and Roger Bergodaz on Drums(Sime Nugent),
they will be joined by Chris Pickering & Band from Brisbane and Young Werther from Melbourne who opens the night.



The last 3 band shows Jordie has done in Melbourne have all sold out, this shall most likely be a similar scenario,
So as there are no pre sales punters may want to roll up early as space is limited.
