Not much going on the way of Paintball. Just installed my CP Scythe trigger, totally rips.  Brothers team nearly won there 1st 5-man.  They haven't really practiced as a 5.  They  kicked ass all day, the only game they lost before the finals was funny. My brother was the last one, in a 50 bunker, then his hopper goes down.  The other 2 guys walked right past him w/ out checking.  He finally gives up messing with his hopper and picks some paintballs off the ground.  He one balls the guy he can see but the other guy hangs the flag.  Crazy game.  They went to the finals and had really close games with the other 3 teams. All of which they had beaten earlier.   Ended up 3rd just 6 pts from 2nd.  Not bad w/ 2 backmen w/ no sleep Hope the next tournament everyone is 100%.  They will kick ass then.

Update*  Well Team X-Fire was the name we chose.  We didn't do too bad in our division at splatterpark.  Two team made the finals from our division and nearly a third.  We were in a tough division but we pulled out a win and nearly won 2 others.  For our first tournament not to shabby. 

We practiced with my brother and NoLimitz.  That helped us greatly in our next event at Silent Sniper.  We finished 4th.  We actually took out the 3rd place team from even getting close to 1st or 2nd.  We did very well.  We won 2 games, I had a sweet run threw to take out the snake player and nearly took out the center back.  Also had a great finish.  We were nearly had 2 other games, one 1v1 timed and 2v1 timed.  Both games we should have finished faster to win. 

3-man mayhem,  X-Fire played in the Young Gunz, I didn't play as the old man.  We took 1st yeah!!!  Still need practice at closing. 

So I've played paintball for about 8yrs on and off.  Last summer I finally got a bit more serious and started play nearly every chance I could.  This summer its on.  My brother started his own team the Sharks, and ended up merging with No Limitz!!  I great bunch of guys.  Those guys a really lucky they get to play with Dynasty at the Family Values stop in Columbus, OH.   Can't wait for that. 

Until then, I'm playing with some guys I meet a few weekend ago.  We plan on playing in Splatterpark's 3-man jam. Hope I play my brother so I can shoot him.    Well off to get the gear ready for sun.  Have a good weekend.

anyone watching World Cup Soccer?   Just happens I have and many the Netherlands vs Portugal match was brutal, plus that ref sucked bad. I know I refereed High School Soccer in NC. He was like a newb ref.  He was falling for the players that were taken deliberate dives to get the yellows/reds.  Now that US is done after the Groups, I hope Brazil goes all the way.
