So, the weeks following my album release has been peaceful.... for lack of a better word.

I often find myself anxious and jittery between projects, but this time was different. Totally peaceful. Dull even.

But then it hit me, A COVERS RECORD!!!! Yay! So let me introduce my new album....

Your Violent Past also titled Strange Load of Baggage
This record will include covers of songs by Low, Belle and Sebastian, The 6ths, Erasure, and several others. (including a disney song! but not the one you think!)

Heres the catch.....I'm only making 100 of them, with hand painted covers. So you will have to "get it while its hot," if you will.

They will be available starting August 27th......yes, in a couple weeks.....when I will be playing a show in the alley next to The Cup.

Staten Island is the perfect place to concentrate on music.

There are a couple of things on my plate right now.

1 - Still working on The Sparrows album.

2 - Writing, and recording my new solo album.

3 - Compilations.....indeed.

4 - The Ladder album.

I've been playing on the subway again, recently.....after a short hiatus.  People seem very happy that I'm back.  In fact, i made quite a bit of money in a very short time.  Also, I sold a number of cds.

I recorded a new song, Love Champion, which will be online soon.  I dont know what it is. Maybe something for a new album, but maybe not.   Focus andrew, focus.
