Current mood: contemplative
This day has been very hectic. However, I know that nothing can happen to me today that God and I cannot handle. Truly I have been tempted and tested to the super zenith degree. It is the afternoon now and things are smoothing out a little. I have been learning how to use an iPod today to download my music library. I want to listen to more music. Music is something that I really cannot get enough of.
The choir rehearsal went well last night. I was a bit irritated because I always seem to get that way right before a performance. We are singing Sunday at Six Flags Magic Mountain. We will worship there and sing in a concert in the evening. All of the choir members are so excited. I know that we will do well. "I am weak but He is strong" Pray for us.

Ever wonder who you are? We all have the ability to transform or appear to be who we are not.
Today, my wife Sonja and I have been researching some freud charges and identity theft situations. We know that in this complex system of credit cards and electronic transfers, it creates opportunities for criminal activity. This is just something that you just have to deal with in today's society.
However, let's talk about identity in another form. Are you a winner posing as a loser? Maybe you have set yourself up for failure because you refuse to see yourself as a winner. Check your identity stats and see if you are a winner or loser. Just remember that winners do what losers will not do. A loser will put off doing the things that bring success in their lives. A winner does not do that. Also, we should remember that if we keep doing the same things we will keep getting the same result.
Today, I will see myself as a winner and act like one until it's no longer an act but a fact.
We can do it!
All the best,
Pops (The name that my kids call me)

God gives everyone something special. It is our job to discover what it is that makes us unique, interesting and creative. The question, "why am I here?", demands an answer at some juncture in everybody's life.
Today, the Holy Spirit had to deliver a plantive cry from the deepest recesses of my soul. How do I use my God-given gifts to impact the world? I want to make a difference in this world. I do not want to live and then just "fade to black". This is my prayer today.
In my space there is power and presence. I will use every resource available to me to make a difference in my life and every other life that I come into contact.
All the best to all my friends,
Willie Norwood

Oh, to be free. Free to dream. Free to experience. Free to experiment. Free to choose.
Sometime we take it for granted. We come into this world on a string. When the string is severed we are "cut loose" to venture into life's amazing maze. I am happy that the spirit of freedom stirred the hearts of early Americans to inspire them to be free at any cost--even death. Remember from American History Class the words of Patrick Henry, "give me liberty or give me death"?
To live without being free is death. The 4th of July prompts this nation to celebrate it's freedom.
Real freedom begins within. I admire Martin Luther King who said for us to "let freedom ring". What so cool about that statement is that freedom makes a sound. When you hear the blast of fireworks in the night, be reminded that freedom makes a sound.
From this day forth I will explode into life. My freedom will make a sound!
All the best,
Willie Norwood

Ray J is doing the video to his hit "Let's Play House" today. I spent all of the morning hours trying to get my picture up on my space. Finally! as Brandy sings, I did it. I do not like the picture, however. I will let it represent and look at it as just a graphic. I am happy to be on this site because "friendship is essential to the world becoming a better place to strive and grow. I hope to get to know many people in the world through my site on My Space. I was so excited when, after going through so much anxiety, I got a picture up. Well now that I know how to resize and find files, many more will go upload. Blog later!
