EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Following Gandhi's philosophy that "You Have to Be the Change You Want to See in the
World", O1P/INSE's primary objective is to contribute to the edification of a world that is
at peace, where the beauty and diversity of humanity is celebrated everyday instead of
being feared.

love where hate exists, hope where there is despair, peace where there is strife,
sustenance where there is hunger, health where there is disease, tolerance where there
is ignorance, knowledge where there is lack of education, respect where there is division
and passion where there is apathy!
ORGANIZATION MISSION & GOALS
Our primary mission is to increase Global Social Responsibility (GSR) worldwide. We will
inspire the largest possible number of entrepreneurs to become social entrepreneurs.
We are strong proponents of the capitalist model with the concept of free enterprise which
thus far and in spite of the recent turmoil has proven to be the best economic model;
however, we are promoting a capitalist model which is more mature, a model where the
bottom line is no longer the only thing that matters, we are in favor of globally adopting
the concept of "triple bottom-line": People, Planet, Profits -- some people call it
"Capitalism with a Conscience", other people call it "Spiritual Capitalism"
Whatever it may be called, we are convinced it is the next stage in our evolutionary
process and the most appropriate remedy to all the global issues threatening us and the
planet: extreme poverty, destruction of the environment, lack of education, terrorism...
We aim to inspire the largest number of people to transcend all the differences dividing us
and that are throwing the world out of balance, be it difference of opinions, political,

Kenn Parks - Founder & President of O1P / CEO of INSE
Kenneth Scott Parks (Kenn) is a social entrepreneur, an emerging symbolic/abstract
artist and Self Actualization-Group Dynamics- Team Building- Challenge Course
Consultant.
Kenn possesses 20 years experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Technology, PMO leadership, Global Program and Project Management and Creative Design. Possessing a Masters Degree along with two Bachelors, Kenn is privileged to possess a well balanced education and professional background.
Professionally, Kenn has directed billion dollar global acquisitions, implemented
major cost saving initiatives (reducing operating revenue by 2.2 million dollars
for just one operation. He architected a more efficient process for implementing international customs shaving 6 weeks off of the average time to successfully implement new customers and reduced paper waste by 77% (by designing an electronic solution to a 93 year old process of order taking).

Heavily involved in philanthropic efforts since his primary education days, Kenn has been involved with hundreds of awareness and activism efforts. Iain Mackenzie - Senior VP of Global Operations & Business
Development (O1P & INSE)
Iain MacKenzie is the Chairman of Results InSight and comes from a highly specialized background, with studies completed at the prestigious Harvard Business School as well RMIT and several others. He has implemented that knowledge by assisting his client companies improve their performance since 1980.
His experience includes solving organizational, management, and leadership issues in both large and small organizations located throughout Australia, Asia, UAE, UK and North America.
Results InSight is an Australian based company successfully moved to international operations in 007 during his term as Chairman of the Board. He also volunteers for a number of non-profit organizations.
He feels that continuous improvement of theoretic knowledge and the practical application of that knowledge is a prerequisite for the continuation of a fruitful career as a top level consultant. His goal is to deliver services that strengthen leadership at all levels of an organization through the assistance in streamlining internal processes and providing strategic guidance.
