The Grande Finale of the Records Are Forever Tour will take place on 12 December at Helsinki's famed Tavastia Club. Saturday's show marks the 7th (nearly) consecutive Johnson Xmas, and there will once again be some very special treats in store. Old songs, new songs, a truckload of surprise guests...

And this year, in true holiday season spirit, we're giving all our friends around the world a chance to join in on the fun. For the first time ever, the entire show will be broadcast LIVE by Floobs on our own website.

The viewers will be able to choose from a number of camera angles (from static video cameras to mobile phone cams in the audience) for the ultimate live experience. The broadcast will start at 2100 hrs on Saturday 12 December (that's 2000hrs CET), and showtime is at 2130 (2030 CET).

As the Summer Of Love 2009 slowly draws to a close we'd like to send our sincere thankyous to all who came to the gigs. We'll be preparing ourselves for more touring during the autumn, and a revamped website with videos, photo blogs and sli...deshows etc is coming soon as well. Anyway, this summer was probably the most fun we've ever had on the road so here's a little 'THANK YOU' from Ilosaarirock's main stage!

Don Johnson Big Band will perform at the Helsinki Railway Station Square on Saturday 5 September 2009 at 6.15 PM to celebrate the "Human Flood" event organized by Friends of the Earth Finland. The show is free of charge and open to everyone! The purpose of the "flood" is to call for a more meaningful climate policy and to demand for an effective climate law to combat climate change. Join us and let your voice be heard!

A New Johnson Mobile Blog has just been opened on Facebook and MySpace! We're gonna send all kinds of strange clips from the road, gigs, backstages and who knows where... immediately after shooting them with our mobile phones so it's gonna be 100% fresh every time! During the Spring Felix and our sound engineer Teemu already took some footage and some of those clips are already in the player.
